We hired Full Spectrum Construction on 8/4/2022 to complete extensive exterior renovations to our home. This included new roof, siding, windows, doors, and gutters. The understanding at the time of the contract signing was that work was to begin in spring of 2023 and be completed by August of 2023. Work on the home did not begin until May 2023 and made little to no progress through September in which we decided to end the contract. At the time of ending the contract the only things completed were the roof, some windows, fascia (which has to be repaired in multiple areas), and 2/3 of the j-channel installed for the upcoming installation of the siding. We had paid the company $44,000 and had only received the work as quoted at roughly $36,000. Full Spectrum has refused to refund the remaining amount of money for unfinished work and lack of materials. We have had to spend a massive amount of additional funds to complete our home including all doors and all siding. All of this with our home insurance threatening to remove our coverage due to the lack of progress on the home renovations. Along with installing doors and all of the siding we have had to repair windows that were installed incorrectly that were leaking as well as repair other incorrectly installed materials. This can be seen in the pictures I have attached to this complaint. Full Spectrum ignored our calls and messages during the entire project and always had an excuse for their employees to not show up to complete the work. We had employees that I have pictures of laying in the back of the work trailer, smoking and throwing a multitude of cigarette butts in my yard and driveway which I had to pick up because my puppies would try to eat them. Not to mention that I had to personally use a magnet each day to clean up nails and screws that they left laying all over my yard. I believe that Full Spectrum owes us money for work not completed and should be flagged by the BBB so no one else falls victim.
