Salesman ****** at **** answers nothing at all wrong with this used vehicle. I asked deliberately more than once. Driving home 3 warning lights come on. ****** says go to automotive store to see what problem may be. When ****** speaks to service center they say they are certain it is the catalytic converter. He said they were certain. Did they know in advance? How did they know without looking at it. I requested to be able to return it since it was having issues in less than 1 hour on my way home after purchase. Manager ***** refuses. Clearly demonstrating their own managers lack of confidence in the product they sell to us. I'm now 3 days out from purchase. I gave them $13,250.00. I missed my doctor appointment today because the car will not start. If you are a trusting person stay away.If looking for honest sales people stay away.If looking for a company that has confidence in what they sell stay away.If you are not a car mechanic or know anything mechanical stay away.

After trusting to purchase two cars from the dealership, we were ripped off on one of the cars. They knew that the car had been wrecked, and they did a temporary work that made it impossible to notice. They told us that it was just a minor accident that was professionally fixed. We put down a huge sum of money down not realizing we just invested in something that would not be sold for even a $1000.00, after signing a loan of almost $15,000.00. They are some crooks, and you have to be very mindful when doing business with them. Don't even bother trading in your vehicle, because they will give you a peanut change and sell it 10x what they offer you without even fixing any damage the car may have. They are not knowledgeable about anything and will sell you services that are not needed. This was the worse dealership I have ever delt with.

Try to purchase a vehicle in 830 on a Monday morning. Got the finances, got everything. Set up, tried to give a deposit a few times spoke with a show called manager, a **** ****, who said he would hold the car. No problem, got my finances ready to go. That same day called back at 4 ******** They say the car was sold that. Somebody was looking at it Saturday and that they gave them the option to buy. That doesn't make any sense. Why would someone deal with me for 4 hours today? When they had a buyer on Saturday. Please save yourself some time and don't go here. He's a manager, and if the managers, it all rolls downhill. They can't be any good. I'm glad I didn't buy a car there. If that's how the service will be, watch yourself if you're buying from them

I am reaching out to address a concerning experience while going through the process of purchasing a used car. While I was assured the car was in excellent condition, including its tires, a subsequent inspection of the dates showed they were 8 years old. After consultation with tire experts they warned me that tires of this age could pose serious safety risks, contradicting the assurances I received. The dealership offered no resolution. Stating they no longer want to sell me said car.

Took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for new battery, oil change on Aug 30. They said can't get to it till the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Heard back Wednesday and they stated brake pads AND rotors needed changed (the write up stated there still pad left), battery was bad (yes I knew that) and found the *** and front and rear differential was making noise. I never heard and noises coming from the front or rear end, but they said upon visual inspection bearing were worn. I told them yes on battery, pads ONLY, *** and the front and back differential. They tried to hard push into changing the rotors too and wasn't happy I wouldn't authorize it. I was informed it was a special-order part and would take a week to get in and they wouldn't start till I paid 3/4 the cost of all repairs up front. I had to find a ride to go pay it and was told it would be done sometime next week. Thier policy is to send a video of ALL work, the oil change tech sent a great video. Heard NOTHING from them the rest of that week and the following week so finally on Friday I called them and was told it might be done he has to check (my jeep had been there 2 full weeks at this point) after an hour when I was about to call back, they called and said it was done. Get a ride over and they are still hard pushing the rotor change. NO worn parts to show me the problem THEY found, or video of the bad parts and the replacement just had to take their word. Second time driving it the following Friday (I only drive like once a week sometimes twice) the Service 4WD light comes on. Back to dealer on Saturday and it'll be first thing Monday morning, NOPE Tuesday they finally got to it and now it's the internal DCTM current sensor is shorted out (I'm sure it got shorted while they were replacing the ***) and yet another special order and a week to get so I'm promised I'll get my jeep back next Wednesday we'll see. First- and last-time using dealer going back to private owned garage. NEGATIVE 20 on all.

Bought a 2024 Jeep Wrangler and at the time purchased the Opticoat (included in my down payment) which would have to be scheduled to be applied. Parked the Jeep in my garage for 2 weeks while trying to get it scheduled. Decided to forgo the Opticoat and contacted the finance employee who I delt with for a refund. He said he has never delt with a request like this and he would have to contact the finance office for guidance. After 7 more phone calls leaving messages for a return call, I called for the tenth time and spoke to the Finance Director and explained the situation. He emailed me a form to fill out for the Opticoat refund. I completed the form the same day and emailed it back. Didn't hear or receive anything for 9 days so I emailed the Finance Director inquiring about the refund status. He replied the next day stating refunds take 6-8 weeks. It has now been over 9 weeks and I still have not received a refund. I feel this is such BS and I am being strung along. I had reservations about this dealership from the reviews I read, but they had the Jeep I was looking for. Not only have they lost a loyal customer who would have had the Jeep regularly serviced there, but I cannot in good faith recommend anyone doing business at this dealership. Now going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

Terrible service/parts department. I have taken my vehicle back to the dealership for the same issue twice… They charged me a arm and a leg for service they didn’t complete.. kept me out of my vehicle for over a week.
I believe they intentionally do not service the cars properly to force you to buy a new one! They continuously attempt to put you in a new vehicle when your vehicle is being serviced… customer service is a joke…
And MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED…
3 times to the dealership that I bought it from, and they do not know how to service/fix cars…

Bought a 2023 Jeep Cherokee in September, 2023. Salesman ***** ******* told me if I filed my husband’s military paperwork that I would get a $500 military rebate. I filed the paperwork, ***** failed to file it. The rebate code expired. I had to refile the paperwork & gave it to ***** ******** this time. Again it has not been filed & the rebate company says they are waiting on the dealership to file the paperwork. The dealership refuses to do any follow up & I’m still out my $500. Totally unacceptable that they treat their military customers this way. The dealership has totally slacked on their responsibility to me.

Bought a ford truck in April 2023. When I bought it I also bought a bumper to bumper warranty. Took the truck in to have the transmission looked at cause it was shifting hard. They had it for a week till they finally ran a diagnostic. Said they didn’t have the diagnostic tool to find the real problem but I had to pay $198 for the diagnostic that didn’t get me even halfway to solving the issue
