    "The mechanics will lie to you to make the sale. I purchased a 2020 F-250 from them which had a load range c tire on it but this is a heavy truck so the door placard clearly states that this vehicle requires a load range E 8-10 ply tire, I simply asked the sales manager to take a little money off to assist with getting the proper tires, he went and got who he said was his top mechanic, the mechanic assured me that a load range c is an 8 ply tire and is properly suited for this vehicle, after a little research I found that load range c is in fact a 6 ply tire and is not suitable for the vehicle, the mechanic and sales manager were extremely rude to me about questioning this ." ...
