    The worst home warranty company I’ve ever dealt with!!! Do not use them, they are scam artists and just steal customers $$$ and do not help them or return calls! Buyers Beware!!! DO NOT USE!!!

    What a scam. They take your money for a contract and that's the last of the pleasantries. They only work days from M-F and despite answering your call after hours they won't do anything else, If not M-F during office hours, you just have to wait until the following Monday to get a claim filed. Once they even said they couldn't find anyone to service my clothes dryer. Are you kidding me. My furnace went out in February on a Friday nite, They said that I could get an estimate and then wait for Monday for approval then call the person back to schedule an appointment. It was February!

    I spent 2 weeks cancel my order . Customer service don’t help at all. Very disappointed in amazon service. Never use it again .

    Horrible Company,I don’t recomend,they don’t send you a company and you have to pay and after they son’t pay for you,I am coming for the CONSUMER offcice to report this bad company

    This company will not honor the Warranty I purchased from them. The will not replace my microwave that I am having problems with. It is a built-in with a vent and light over my stove. The offered me $100.00. When I threw a fit they raised it to $200.00. I was told I did not read the "fine print" in the policy. I was told when I bought it they would cover all appliances. Their phone add even says the will give you peace of mind with their coverage.

    I filed a claim for a 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator that would not cool anymore. They sent me an email telling me to contact some local repairman in my area so I did. When the man came out, he did nothing, didn’t even use one tool to look at anything. Then asked me to get my computer so he could look up some parts that were all available while complaining the entire time telling me how he don’t like my home warranty company because they don’t like to pay him. He left having me thinking that he was going to order parts to repair it. I had to pay him $75. A week later after I called and texted him a million times asking for a status he finally texted back saying I needed to call my warranty company because he just got off the phone with them. I called Amazon home warranty and they told me the repairman said no parts are available and they could only pay me $150!!! After asking for a manager she refused and said the max they could pay me was $230 and no more even if I asked for a manager!!! $230 won’t even cover the taxes!! I don’t understand the purpose of having a home warranty and it don’t cover anything??? I won’t renew this warranty!!!

    Amazon home warranty *****.
    They lie and take your money but when you need them they will leave you out in the cold. They sent a young man to my house, he started hitting on me and never fixed my furnace, I had to throw him out of my house and when I called to report him they made it seem like I didn't have the right to throw him out of my house. 21/2 years goes by they are still taking money out of my account, I needed them to come out and fix that same furnace and no one new they sold a home warranty. Then i was told they would not reimburse me. I have now canceled them. I would recommend you find a different home warranty Co.

    I cannot believe how terrible this company is. I have been trying to figure out a claim with you that you denied and the technician does not agree with your service. no one would answer me or resolve my issue. I sat on the phone multiple times for over an hour on hold to talk to someone then they hang up on me. Now I finally got a hold of someone using a different phone line, because i have a feeling you flagged my phone number not to answer me and when I spoke to your useless customer service she said she cannot help me because my account is canceled. I asked where is my refund and she said she doesn't know. someone will call me. lets see how long that will take. I want my refund, I only had this service since September and this is January, I should receive about $300 if not more as a refund for my service. If I do not hear back or get refunded I will take this with my lawyer and my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

    Horrible customer service.Our well went out and their policy states that all components and part of well pump utilize as a MAIN SOURCE OF WATER for the home are covered, with the exception of things I will not list. They would pay up to $500, The repair was $5000. My question is what DOES the warranty cover in regards to a well. This is our only source of water for the home, not to mention we also heat with water. We did exactly what we were suppose to do, call with a claim and get authorization. They even talked to the well company on site. Another complaint is that I was never able to log in my account. I was told the would have their IT Person look into it. With all the frustration, decided to cancel my policy and was kept on hold for over 25 minutes. I even called back and was placed on hold another 45 minutes and I am still holding! I actually called on my cell phone and have been on hold over 55 minutes still waiting hoping that someone will pick up. I suppose they figure you will get frustrated and just not cancel. No, I would not recommend Amazon Home Warranty to anyone. Could it be that they have that many people cancelling??
