    I got two home warranties from this company for my two houses. On 5 July 2021 I got a home warranty from this company Amazon Home Warranty (AHW) Combo Plan for 3 yrs for $1,350 to cover the house located at *** *** ******* *** **** **** **** ** ****** this contract is suppose to run to 5 January 2026. The second contract was for the property located at *** ********* ***** *** **** **** *** ** *****, purchased on 5 July 2021 and covered starting on 4 Aug 21, also for 3yrs with a payment of $1,350 for the combo plan. The coverage is suppose to end on 5 Nov 2024.

    I have contacted this warranty service a couple times over the past year. They didnt have a provider in the area one time and they say they dont cover other issues that I call about. Always some reason why they won't fix things but they still bill me for the deductible.

    Now I want reach them to close the contract, not to be billed for the next year, but I cant get through to any line that I have. I do not wish them to automatically bill me for a warranty that I can't even use.

    This company went out of business and I wasn't notified in writing. I want my money back

    Called and spoke to someone at their company about home warranty Feb 2022 after discussion we went with a multi year program discounted for more years and less dollar amount per each service call.
    Around end of November 2022, We called for service on HVAC heater thru the Amazon phone number and filed a claim. They mentioned they would contact a service provider and have them call us. This took sometime for them to call us. Received text from ******* Dec 7,2022 mentioning appointment for Dec 8,2022 between 8-5. Received text at 950 am showing on their way. Showed up before noon. Checked out the unit and determined needed some repairs and he would have send in to Amazon Home Warranty for approval to repair. Sent the repair company a text on Dec 14 at 948 to see if they heard anything back. Unable to connect with Amazon Home Warranty or their contractor by phone. Unable to contact by phone after that. Nothing was done by them to repair. Called another a contractor to come and take care of.
    No calls received from either the contractor or Amazon Home Warranty ever after this. Out of the blue we get a text dated June 1, 2023 at 1029 mentioning our dec 8, 2022 appt has been canceled.
    Would like to have service canceled and refunded.

    I prepaid for a home warranty through Amazon Home Warranty and STILL have an open claim which was never resolved (water softener which I paid extra for coverage) and JUST found out that they went out of business. I’m livid. No warning and no notification. I found out by accident.

    I purchased a home warranty in February of 2022 for 3 years through Amazon Home Warranty. I have used this service at least 3 times with one claim paid out. Today I went to file a claim and I cannot find any working phone numbers, website or anyway to contact anyone at this company. As I looked online other people are saying the same thing I am thinking, did this company go out of business? There is no way I can find any information to get a hold of this place and I still have 13 months left on my contract but I want a refund for the anytime that this business has no longer been around and failed to notify their customers. I'd like BBB's help to resolve this issue and get a refund for any of their customers who are still under the contract with this fraudulent company.

    I paid $504 for a home warranty good thru 04-28-2024. My heater is out, and I'm trying to make a claim, but the website no longer exists and no one answers the phone. Upon further internet searching, I'm seeing reports that the company no longer exists. As I paid a full year up front, I'd like a pro-rated return on it starting with the date the company shut down.

    I paid this company 499.00 and I have never been able to receive services times 2 attempts. The company is now unreachable, and I have an appliance down.

    recieved a dispatch order # ahw-******* for a customer ****** ******* ** ** ******* ** *********** ** *****. customer has a samsung range model ne59m4320ss/aa and serial number ************. complant was burners only work on hi and the bake burns his food. we gave an estimate to repair the unit for $598.69 which was aproved by ahw. job was completed on 7/14/23. we replaced 2 switches part numbers dc44-01002a and the eoc part number de94-03926b to solve the issue. i have emailed ahw several times for payment and each time they replay that there system is down and i will be paid when its fixed. know they dont return my emails at all. i just want to be paid for my repair.

    On 11/07/2022 I purchased a COMBO PLAN home warranty contract for the purchase price of $530. My contract number is *********** The contract is valid until 02/07/2024. Today 12/1/2023 my clothing dryer has malfunctioned and I needed to contact the company to initiate the claim process according to my contract in order to get a repair person to my residence for assessment and repairs. However, when trying to call the provided claim numbers none of them work. The company's website also appears to be gone as it too is not accessible. So here I sit, a useless, $530 piece of paper, and a broken dryer I can't afford to get fixed in a house of six people and daily laundry.
