    I purchased the contract and have used them once. The second time I tried using them, I could not reach them and finally just paid for the service. I then found a new phone number for them and talked to them and they guaranteed this would be a good number for them. Just tried to call them today and the number is now a Medicare phone number. So will not be able to get service again. I would like the remainder of my contract refunded. Which they said I could request at any time. I have conducted google searches and each number tried was not a good number.

    I have bought the AHW and their website or phone number are not working. Its been more than 45 days raised a claim for range and paid service charge for them, since then no communication from AHW. I am very disappointed with the way their service is operating.

    I have customer of this company since 2018, i had a $200 claim in the initial year and got the claim amount and was smooth , so I extended the warranty for another 3 years after few years of service. This year I filed a claim and AHW asked me to hire a local company to fix the issue I did that and submitted the invoice but Ahw didn’t approve this claim . After few months of conversation they agreed to pay $100 for $400 claim and I agreed for that . Even after couple of months i didn’t receive agreed $100 ahain I started calling them and asked to cancel the policy with effective on the day they agreed to pay the claim amount but didn’t receive check . I spent lot of time to contact them in all different channels. So i am requesting to get ne full refund considering the time I spent to resolve this and deviation from agreement.

    I was told that this was a Home Warranty through Amazon.com from the salesperson when they called. I specifically asked if they were actually with Amazon and he informed me that they were with Amazon and that they were offering Home Warranties on all mechanicals and appliances in my home. I have paid faithfully with auto pay up until July of 2023 when I could not contact them to give them my new card info. I have tried to contact them and their website is gone and the phone numbers I was given do not work. Not once did I have to use this service nor did I ever receive any products or services from them.

    I have filed a complaint against this company before. I would like a refund as this business has been an absolute nightmare to work with and now they seem to have disappeared completely and we have more than a year left with coverage.

    I purchased a 3-year warranty from AJWP in October 2020 with a 30-day waiting period. I knew that I could cancel and get a prorated refund.

    In 2022 my HVAC blower motor failed and after WEEKS of telling me they would provide payment for that issue, I received a check for $850 and was told that my furnace would no longer be covered. That is about 10% of what a new furnace costs. I had a local company pull the blower motor, clean it, and reinstall it. It has worked fine since then.

    In late winter of 2022, my washing machine was not operating properly. I called AHWP but they said they had no local repair people, so I should find my own repair person and then get a refund from AHWP. I was able to trouble-shoot myself so no repair was needed.

    NOW: AHWP's website does not work and when I call the recording says that my account is locked. According to my contract, I need to inform them if I do NOT want to renew, which I absolutely do NOT want to do. I have sent them an email but who knows if it was received or if they will honour my desire. Fortunately the credit card I used to buy this warranty is no longer valid.

    I would like a refund for the final 3 months of my warranty would be approximately $115. If I cannot reach them to file a claim for my last final months, this portion should be refunded.

    In Mid September 2023 my garage door opener stopped working (and it is an item covered under my home warranty with AHW), I immediatly called Amazon Home Warranty and they communicated that they could file de repair claim as their system was down. The system was down for about a week and I was able to finally file a repair claim. After that they could find a contrator to go to my house and investigate the issue for two weeks and they told me I had to find a contractor by myself and request authorization for the repair, which I did and provided to them mid October 2023. Since October 22, 2023 I have been waiting for the authorization department to find a solution, but they continue to tell me that the system is down and that they can't do anything.
    This company is a SCAM!!!!, they take your money and never live to their promises of being a home warranty.
    Have been waiting for almost two months for a resolution of my garage door opener.

    I purchased this Home Warranty plan and I put in a claim and I received a claim number and I never had anyone come to my home. I have tried calling the phone numbers and none of them work. I also tried the web site and it does not work. I put the claim for my dove and it was supposed to be fixed. They never came out. I looking for a refund of what I paid them.

    Hi, I signed up for AHW in 2020 and have not been at all satisfied with their fulfillment of the contractual terms of the agreement.
    They failed to pay for 2 covered events, and I have been waiting for two months now to have my stove fixed. They sent a repair person to whom I paid the $60 deductible and never returned with the part they were supposed to order for the repair. This was on August 9th.

    I want my payment of $1500 refunded.

    Thanks for your assistance, this seems to a bait and switch business model.
