Ordered a product on 6/9/25. Contacted this company twice and they replied with revised shipping dates. After seeing the product "in stock" on the website I sent another email (8/29) asking for a tracking number, they responded that my item would ship by the third week of September. On 9/19 I asked for a refund. There was no reply to that email or several more emails (9/19, 9/22, 9/25) and unanswered phone calls (9/22). On 8/27/25 I made an order for (10) detent pins & (10) detent pin springs.I was charged on my credit card $33.79 for the purchase and never received a confirmation of the sale. I contacted Performance Trigger and left a voicemail and also sent an email. There was no response to the phone call and 1 response to the email asking for my ************* I sent 3+ additional emails and no response. I am going to contact my bank now and dispute the charge since I cant get a response from the company. I wanted the parts, but now is becoming too much of a hassle.Initial Complaint

On 7/27/25 I ordered a Glock Performance Trigger from this company. I contacted them on 8/1 about status of order and they replied they had received it on that day in their warehouse and that they would ship it and send me a tracking number on Monday. Monday comes around and no tracking number, order still says processing. I asked them to ship it next day or cancel the order. No reply, Followed up several more days in a row, still no reply. At this point it has been over a week and a half since then and still no reply and order still shows processing. I purchased the trigger though finance company ****** and have filed a dispute with them and now am also filing a dispute with you.Customer Answer

On 8/15/25 I was finally issued a refund. I think this was due to the involvement of the finance company ****** as part of their dispute investigation and I got a notice from ****** first that I would be getting a refund before I got a notice of refund from Performance Trigger.Initial Complaint

I ordered a trigger on October 13th , 2024 , and it is still showing as processing. I have tried numerous times to contact them, through their email listed on the site, the chat and via telephone (message left) , I have not heard anything back from this company. Took part to two different stores and paid for install. Was told it was faulty by both stores. Tried to call and it went straight to a voicemail that was full so I emailed them. They make you contact another company to troubleshoot the problem before they will even think about taking responsibility. I explained that we weren't installing it ourselves because we don't know how and they still won't take any responsibility, even after two separate places stated that the part is faulty. You will need to pay to ship their faulty part back and they will only reimburse you for 80% of the fee due to "restocking." For this reason, I'm disputing with my credit card company instead.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 11/01/2024 with the web site specifying that the item is in stock and shipping weekly. It is now 11/22/2024 with the order still listed as processing and I have received no replies to my many attempts to contact them.
