On October 16, 2025, I placed an online order (#*********) with Performance Triggers through their website (****************************** ) for one Super Selektor 3 Position Forced Reset Safety for AR-15, totaling $215.57 (including shipping, lifetime warranty, and protection fees). The payment was made via credit card ***** ending in 7589).After receiving the order confirmation, I never received a shipping notification, tracking number, or the product itself. I emailed Performance Triggers on October 24, October 30, November 4, and November 10, requesting updates on my order status. All emails went ************* of November 11, 2025, no communication, tracking information, or refund has been provided. The companys advertised policy states that customers should contact them within 60 days for support or exchange, but they have been entirely unresponsive.This appears to be a fraudulent transaction. Placed an order and was charged October 1st 2025. Emailed the customer service multiple times requesting a tracking number or a refund. Have received no response from the company. After some research online I have found a plethora of others with the exact same experience from this company. Still have not received the product I ordered, a refund, or any logical explanation or apology. Product was listed as "in stock" and have received many emails advertising the product I ordered as still in stock and on sale. I suppose this company's scam continues.Initial Complaint

Placed order with performance triggers on 09/29/25. Was told all items ordered were in stock and would ship immediately. Money was taken out of my account in the amount of $382.90. I have emailed this company repeatedly, I have used the live chat on their website,. I have called the number listed on their website multiple times. I have attempted to contact them on their ******** messenger. I have received no correspondence from them regarding my order. Ordered a product on 6/9/25. Contacted this company twice and they replied with revised shipping dates. After seeing the product "in stock" on the website I sent another email (8/29) asking for a tracking number, they responded that my item would ship by the third week of September. On 9/19 I asked for a refund. There was no reply to that email or several more emails (9/19, 9/22, 9/25) and unanswered phone calls (9/22). On 8/27/25 I made an order for (10) detent pins & (10) detent pin springs.I was charged on my credit card $33.79 for the purchase and never received a confirmation of the sale. I contacted Performance Trigger and left a voicemail and also sent an email. There was no response to the phone call and 1 response to the email asking for my ************* I sent 3+ additional emails and no response. I am going to contact my bank now and dispute the charge since I cant get a response from the company. I wanted the parts, but now is becoming too much of a hassle.Initial Complaint

On 7/27/25 I ordered a Glock Performance Trigger from this company. I contacted them on 8/1 about status of order and they replied they had received it on that day in their warehouse and that they would ship it and send me a tracking number on Monday. Monday comes around and no tracking number, order still says processing. I asked them to ship it next day or cancel the order. No reply, Followed up several more days in a row, still no reply. At this point it has been over a week and a half since then and still no reply and order still shows processing. I purchased the trigger though finance company ****** and have filed a dispute with them and now am also filing a dispute with you.Customer Answer

On 8/15/25 I was finally issued a refund. I think this was due to the involvement of the finance company ****** as part of their dispute investigation and I got a notice from ****** first that I would be getting a refund before I got a notice of refund from Performance Trigger.
