  I was told my order would have a 5-7 business day process time to ship. ******************************************************************************************************************* that the lead time is 4-6 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable

  I ordered a product just shy of 2 months ago. I tried to reach out after 2 weeks of not hearing anything thing back from the company. After a few days of emailing, calling and texting them, they reach out saying it would ship the following week. It dint ship out for a couple weeks later I reached back out. After MANY calls, voicemails and emails, someone FINALLY answered the phone and said it'll ship out early next week.... It didn't. It took almost 2 more weeks to calls, voicemails, texts, and emails before I told them that I will serve them papers if they don't ship it out or refund me. They responded IMMEDIATELY to that email and supposedly are refunding me. We will see if that was a bluff or not.

  Terrible customer service and they do not have actual stock of their product. Tell you 5-7 days for shipping but the order never comes.

  This company took my money, but never sent me confirmation emails, wouldn't return my emails or phone calls. I immediately called my bank and contested the charges. Thus company appears to be flying straight but it's fraudulent and steals from customers.

  Another customer here that did not receive his order. No response to emails, and their phone line is a private number. When called for over a week I get a message that the voicemail box is full and to try again later. Once I started looking around the internet come to find out, this is there standard business practice. A lucky few who did get their orders but the majority of us come to fund out are in the same situation. No product, no communication, most of us customers are c*** out of luck.

  Same as others...Take your money and won't send you a product or return your calls. They have responded to emails, but it's extremely delayed and will string you along, saying they should deliver next week and so on.

  I cant believe this company is still in business. They are scammers and yet they continue receiving orders and payments and not delivering the products to the customers. How and why is this happening?

  My experience with this place is the same as the others who have posted here and in other places. Performance Triggers just takes your money and delivers no product. I also tried to contact them via email and by phone. No response. Do not do business with this company. Find an alternative.

  Takes your money then ghost you, doesnt answer the phone gives you no responses whatsoever practically impossible to get your items will never do business with again or try to even !

  ******* company was told over a month my stuff was coming give new date after date as soon as I post publication the cancelation my order refund me took over 16 phone calls to actually talk to some one. There several post there customer service basically barely exist and they lie as long as they can until the ship or complain enough they just refund you after over a month waiting.
