      Multiple harassment calls per day, if we get less than 5 calls and emails from this company, it's a slow day. Impossible to talk to a supervisor or a manager. Every representative is super nice and promises to take our number from the call list, but the number of calls just multiplies. We should elect these guys straight to Congress. My hand is tired of filling **********...

      will not stop calling us and emailing us, offering their services. could not be less interested in working with a company that won't take 'no' for answer. repeated e-mailings after requesting they stop contacting us.lying to us on the phone about what other team members tell them.nuisance calls daily.if they can't take a simple direction to not call, how could they possibly be good at routing shipments.

      The number of calls we receive from this company is unbelievable. At one point, they were calling daily, different people too. We have told them repeatedly that should we need their service we would contact them. They went from being persistent to harrassment. We WILL not use this company and if we could give 0 stars we would.

      NEGETIVE STARS. Our company has been harassed by TQL for the past 3 years. We have spoken to multiple reps and even after explaining that TQL's quote was 3x the rate we currently pay they continuously call and tie up our lines. We have been missing customer calls due to their persistence. They have hurt our business. Each rep in their call center refuses to acknowledge that we have requested to be "removed from their list."

      The ridiculous amount of calls we get from this company is outrageous. Most of the time their pricing is twice that of other carriers, and they bombard daily with call after call, repeatedly telling them to take us off the call list. If i could give them 0 stars I would...
