After using TQL and having a terrible experience ( they lost our shipment, and could not find it, which resulted in one of our own employees going to pick it up ) we opted to not use them again. We explained that multiple times to the multiple callers who keep calling us telling us they are a new customer service rep. At this point we just want them to stop calling us and they refuse to stop. We have asked them to take us off the call list many times, and have explained to them that we consider this harassment at this point. It is like no one is communicating intercompany over there. Every phone call is a new Rep that wants to hear the details of our complaint to try to remedy it. When in reality we will never use TQL again and they continue to call us multiple times a day and week.Business response

None stop calls, even after asking repeatedly to be removed from their cold calling list. Actually, had one person call me to "check" to see if their co-worker had just called prior. When I asked him what the purpose of this "checking" call was and why he was disrupting my business to ask whether or not his employees were doing their job, he said "It's my job to disrupt your business." and hung up. Then proceeded to call and hang up on me about 6 more times.Business response

Total Quality Logistics has been calling our office, my personal cell phone, the owner's cell phone and now the owners' son's cell phone. I have asked them on several occasions to stop calling us. I have blocked their number on my cell phone but they still call it almost every day and leave me voicemail. I have asked them point blank to stop calling. Doesn't work! This started at least one year ago but I think it might be two years now. I just want the calls to STOP.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.TQL listed just our cell phones (some company, some personal). I would like them to completely remove our company from their call, fax and email lists. Their response askes that I email them any other numbers we wish to include in their DNC list. I do not intend to email them. They have called us numerous times on the company landline so they know the phone and fax numbers. We expect them to include ALL numbers they have and we expect to never hear from them again.
I see on the BBB website that this is on ongoing problem with this company. People should not have to resort to this type of complaint to make this company stop. Apparently this company does not learn from these complaints or the resolutions of the complaints or the complaints wouldn't keep coming in.

Total quality calls 2-4 times in row atleast 3 times a week, after being told to stop calling. I answered 2 calls today, and then they called back 5 minutes later and I didn't answer. It really disrupts the work day if I have a customer and this "company" is calling to say the same thing every time. I just want the calls to stop, I have them blocked on vonage and they still come through.Business response

This company will not stop contacting me and bombarding me with calls. I have told them I am not interested in their services and they are NONSTOP calling me. I have read the amount of BBB complaints regarding this business for the exact same thing and I am wondering why it is they are not being fined or forced to stop these illegal business practices. I want them to CEASE contacting me ever again and I would not do business with them EVER. Whoever owns this business should be ashamed of conducting business in such a harassing way. I have TEN calls from them in the last few months. I thought the BBB is supposed to stop this sort of behavior.Business response

My complaint with Total Quality Logistics is how often they call, and how they don't honor my requests to STOP CALLING. My business gets multiple calls weekly, and sometimes multiple calls daily. I've explained over and over that we are not looking for any help with shipping ("Don't call us, we'll call you.") But they keep calling. They have been calling for years. I don't even answer the phone anymore when I see Total Quality on the caller ID but than they just fill my voicemail with messages. STOP CALLING YOU EFFING BUMS!!!!Business response

This company calls us virtually every day. We have reported them, placed them on the No Call List, and even called them directly to demand that they cease calling us. We do not even use shipping services, so this is even more egregious.Business response

YEARS ago, my company made the mistake of working with TQL. Many errors and lost money later, they call me and my company for business. I have requested to be removed from their call list at least 100 times to 100 different people. I have even reported them to the FTC and joined the National Do Not Call Registry. The calls keep coming. I want myself and EVERYONE from my organization to be removed from their database, and I do not want anymore calls.Business response
