      They email and call repeatedly, even when you ask them to take you off their list. I feel bad because they seem to cycle through so many employees and these employees are given our company name and number to call or email. Just yesterday yet again I get an email asking to use TQL. The guy was nice, polite, but I am so tired of them wasting our time. I would never, ever use them again. They won't leave you alone once you give them one chance.

      1 star is 1 too many stars. I have repeatedly requested to be removed from call lists after we had a negative experience while using them. I was told that I made the mistakes with arrange an international shipment when the blame fell on their representative.Using them once was the biggest mistake I've made as they won't leave me alone

      Repeated calls to our office and requests to be placed on their do not call list do not work. TQL says they have an "auto call" every 3 months. That is a lie. They call weekly. When asked to be placed on their do not call list, they continue to say "we haven't received this request from your company yet."

      I find the practices of this business predatory. They were able to learn the names of employees that are tough to find for a cold call solicitation. I had an employee cold call me at my job, call me bro and told me not to be mad if he were to call again after I explicitly told him not to (even saying i will report to a higher power to hopefully put off, only made him laugh). A clear violation of consumers consent.

      We wish we could give less than 1 star. This company continues to call us repeatedly, despite multiple requests to stop. We have clearly stated that we are not interested in doing business with them, yet the calls persist. It feels like borderline harassment at this point.We expect a legitimate business to respect when someone declines their services not to keep badgering them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.We are filing this complaint in the hopes that it will finally result in them removing our number and ceasing contact.

      TQL pushed hard to earn my business, but I regret giving them a try. After they had already quoted me and I had prepaid (even before pickup), they came back with an additional fee. They weren’t transparent, refused to dispute the charge with the carrier on my behalf, and showed no interest in keeping the relationship. My current broker always advocates for me in situations like this TQL did not. Instead of working toward a solution or maintaining the relationship, they refused to compromise and threatened collections over a small disputed fee.
      There are many excellent freight brokers out there who value transparency and long-term relationships — in my experience, TQL is not one of them.
      For anyone looking for a better option, I would recommend Freight Quote.

      If I could give this 0 stars, I will. They incessantly call our office and when our female office manager has told them we do not plan our freight REMOVED insisted to speak to someone else. REMOVEDwas sent to me, as I am the production manager, but alas he did not believe me as I am female as well. We have asked on numerous occasions for REMOVEDto stop calling us and take us off the list. We were just told today "the request was denied." We have been nice, professional, and patient. When REMOVEDcalls again in 2 days; I will be asking for a supervisor. Never in my life have I been badgered and spammed by a trucking company. This has been happening for YEARS! People wonder why so many companies do not have a human answering the phones...It's because of comapnies like TQL 100%

      This company has called our offices about 35 times in a year or less. I have communicated several times to please stop calling since we do not handle cargo directly nor we intend to. They do not seem to care or are simply not keeping records of who they are calling. Would really love if someone could do something about this because it`s really getting out of hand and they are just becoming a scam calling company.

      We have told this company no fewer than 100 times to remove us from their list as we are not interested, yet we continue to receive calls and emails from them REMOVEDthis point, I have no recourse but to report Total Quality Logistics to BBB and file harassment charges. Remove us from your call list. Remove us from your email list. Do not contact our company. Deliver this message to your superiors far-and-wide. We do not want to use your services, and this harassment has forever put us off of ever using your company. We are urging everyone with which we engage to not use your predatory services.
