      We have told this company no fewer than 100 times to remove us from their list as we are not interested, yet we continue to receive calls and emails from them ******** this point, I have no recourse but to report Total Quality Logistics to BBB and file harassment charges. Remove us from your call list. Remove us from your email list. Do not contact our company. Deliver this message to your superiors far-and-wide. We do not want to use your services, and this harassment has forever put us off of ever using your company. We are urging everyone with which we engage to not use your predatory services.

      Total Quality is going to be billed for our time. I have notified them over and over that we do not want their sales calls at our business. Once we notify them we can start sending them invoices and put it on record as bad credit when they do not pay or at the very least stop calling our office and costing us money by wasting our time. now they can get a little of their time wasted dealing with this very legal practice of billing them for my time. All the sales persons that call hang up when you try to explain this to them. I hope they understand that just because they hang up does not mean they have not been notified.

      guess what? same issue as everyone else. cryptic messages acting like they know me for me to call back. Asked many times to stop calling and they won't. Wildly unprofessional even for a trucking company. Do you really think harrasment is the way to gain large companies business? Will Never use them.

      Was hired to move a car 3 hours away. First guy claimed he had issues and would move the car the next day. We called and emailed them... and got ignored. So Unprofessional!!

      Sure seems to be a re-occurring theme with this company. TQL has been harassing us non stop with sometimes multiple calls a day. They have been asked, told, requested to remove us from all lists (phone and email) and yet NO ONE respects that request!

      I hired TQL for my company's trucking needs. I had a driver his truck go missing with my cargo for 4 days as he chose to hold the cargo hostage. During these
      4 days the driver only turned his phone on to send me threatening voice notes and text messages. When we were finally able to recover our items in *********, NM, TQL the items were damaged. I filed a claim for $76,000 in damages and fees to TQL and they filed that claim against the carrier. Unfortunately the claim was denied as the driver was not listed on the truck's insurance policy. TQL brokered me a truck that the driver where there was no insurance coverage for him to be the driver. TQL did not cover ANY portion of the claim not even the $2,200 that I paid them for the truck that DID NOT make my delivery. I am a female-owed small business and this has caused my company financial distress and pain. I would not recommend TQL or ***** ***** as your rep in any case. They have not been helpful at all and took no responsibility in any parts of this matter.

      Was completely transparent with what I expected and the time frame. Received a quote and agreed up there service. Once locked in quote and representatives I worked with changed almost daily. Product was a month late and they expect me to pay 3X the original agreed upon amount. From Business standpoint do not do business with TQL. They are terrible to work with a will try and rip you off once have your product.
