    Tyler Ferneding was very helpful once again! He really took his time to figure out the problem and was very efficient. If I have any more electrical issues I want him to be the one to fix it for sure!

    Seth H***** did an excellent job. He identified a safety problem the home inspector missed when I bought the house and the prior plumber who replaced the gas hot water heater missed. He contacted the ****** County inspector and provided pictures of the issue. Contacted the inspector on speaker phone so I could hear and participate in the conversation. He was very professional. The ****** County Inspector confirmed the issue and agreed upon the recommended steps to make the situation comply with building codes. Yes, it cost more to address the safety problem but at the end of the day I slept well knowing the job was done correctly and would not be an issue if I every sell the home in the future. I appreciated the honesty and transparency.

    Phil and Tyler are AMAZING TECHNICIANS!! From estimate to complete job, they were professional, they communicated thoroughly, and they spent all day making sure the job was completed correctly. I’m so so so impressed and so so so satisfied with their service. 10/10 techs and 10/10 company in general. This is the third call I’ve made to them and every time they come though. They are definitely pricy but WORTH IT. If you just explain your needs to them, even if it’s an unusual job, they almost definitely have a technician that can handle it.

    Excellent service and customer service. Courteous , knowledgeable. I like that person who comes out to the house for a quote usually is the same person who is going to do the work. Easy when you have already established an relationship with the tech. Nice and friendly always
