    Alex R******** came out to do the annual checkup of the AC and heating systems at our house. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to show photos and discuss everything with me. Because I'm a Club member I got this amazing service and peace of mind for free. I highly recommend Alex, Help, and becoming a Club member! Thanks! :)

    We called with an emergency last minute situation for our air condition, the wall thermostat went on the Fritz! They replied very quickly, and HELP arrived very quickly. Our issue was resolved within an hour and a half. We were fixed and he was out the door Thanks for an another Quick fix from Our friends from HELP!!

    T was very professional and performed a very thorough inspection of my HVAC system. As she completed each item she would ask me if I had any questions after she told me what she saw.She went over the thermostat and how to set it as I had had a question.T respected my home by wearing shoe covers and putting everything back in place that she inspected. She was friendly and on time. and represents H.E.L.P well.

    Alex R******** is by far the best tech I’ve encountered throughout my time of repairs on any spectrum. He was very professional and personable while answering all the questions I asked. He completed the job in a very efficient manner. At the end he explained everything that he did and made sure I was left with zero questions or concerns.     Josh was great ! Very nice and professional. He even put our lawn mower and a box back in the garage for us because it started storming .
