    He was personable, polite,friendly and thorough. He explained everything he checked and told me to arrange a time for an electrical check plus a plumbing check. I didn't previously know those were available.

    Chance came out to unclog the kitchen sink he was very courteous and explain where the clog was he finished the job wiped off the bottom of the cabinet put everything back. Definitely will ask for him again.
