    Tim Wu came over to our home and was incredible . He is a wonderful young man and did great work. Very thoughtful and courteous and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him and HELP for all your plumbing needs .

    Brandon J***** was the electrician from HELP who came to my house yesterday. He was so very nice and easy to talk to and he explained everything he was doing to fix our problem. I would totally request him the next time I need electric work done.

    This business is nothing but trouble. Twice this year alone they have completely rip me off. Earlier in 2024 I called to have a garbage disposal looked at. They wouldn't look at it because they claimed my electric box was too old. Gave me an estimate of $6000. Turns out it was just a faulty switch.
    Most recently I called for a broken toilet. The vale is broken, but wouldn't change it saying I needed a new toilet ($1500est) New hot water heater and other items. The estimate they gave was for $8000. Outrageous.
    Needless to say they have done zero work for me. I'll never call them again, and highly recommend nobody else would. I will never recommend them to anyone and if asked if I know anyone that does good work, I will first point out to NEVER call ********
