5 starscontainer was exactly as described. I was pleased with the value and the delivery was smooth with an experienced driver ( Lance ) who spotted it and set it up with speed and accuracy.

1 star******* Do Not Order From These Folks!! They do not deliver on commitments and hit you with a $350 per unit cancellation charge when you cancel your order because they cant deliver on committed delivery dates.
I ordered (9) 40’ high cube containers and needed them to our jobsite by a certain date so we could load them and have them shipped out. I was promised by the sales person that I would have them when needed as long as I emailed them a copy of the check within a couple days. I had my company expedite a check, and emailed them a copy. Because the check could not be converted into an ACH they would not proceed until they physically received my check, which delayed things about 1-week. Then after receiving my check, they revised the delivery dates, which set us back, but we could still live with. The revised committed delivery dates came and went. After contacting them again, they could not give me a firm commitment on when we would receive any of the containers. I could not wait any longer, so I cancelled the order and went with another supplier, *** ****** ******** who had all (9) containers onsite within 2 days.
Container One did return our money less $3,150 which they stated was a cancellation fee. I pled with their accountant to provide us with a complete refund, but he was unwavering and hung up on me after I accused his firm of being unethical and told him their business practice was BS. I attempted multiple times to have the Owner of Container One call me back, without success.
Do yourself a favor and pay a few bucks more to deal with a reputable company like *** ****** and save yourself the grief of unreliable commitments and cancellation fees. Now looking into other complaints about Container One, these cancellation fees appear to be their business model and a profit center for them. UNETHICAL.Container One

With the delay to receive a payment from your company it pushed your delivery dates back to 11/18. You chose to canceled the order on 11/6 and Via our terms and conditions you agreed to, you were charged one fee of $350 for canceling early. It is unfortunate your payments was delayed causing the entire issue, If you do return as customer we can credit you back this fee. Have a great day!Review fromBilly R

5 starsI submitted a request for a quote through the Container One website. I received a quote from ***** within 24 hours. I was waiting on other quotes so i kind of ignored her for a while. She was persistent with emails and texts, but not annoying. I ended up purchasing from Container One because they had much lower price than any other container company I contacted. All of the people I dealt with to purchase the container and get it delivered were friendly and helpful. If I need another container in the future will most likely go to Container One.Container One
