2 starsI hated to pay out $3100.00 for a container I can't see first. Well after it was dropped off all I can say is I got screwed again has a patched hole in the roof outside is a mass of rust the door seals need to be replaced and in order to hasp the doors close I have to push on the door with my tractor bucket seems the hinges are bent. O Ya and I know it won't be long before two of the hasp handles are going to snap the one is so bent it almost prevents the door from locking. but I knew after they drove it 200 plus miles to me it's not likely they would bring me a better one and trade it out. Last week I just spent almost $500.00 for new door seals. In the spring I'm going to have to pay to have it sand blasted and painted. I should have bought the one trip container after all the money I'm going have to dump on this rust bucket. I don't know how but the floor seems good. I wouldn't buy from these guy's again and cannot recommend them to anyone. I was going to get a second one but it will have to be from someone else not container one. they should have to at least send you pictures of the container first. ( Michigan ) Ken M. 5 starsThis company was very easy to communicate with and order from. Everyone was very helpful. While I had to originally reschedule our delivery date and it pushed the new delivery date out quite a ways, it was still a great experience. The drivers are contracted out and apparently in high demand. The driver was very helpful as well. 10/10 recommend.Container One

1 starWe sent in our full payment and were told we would be contacted to discuss the delivery of the connex box. Over 2 weeks later we received a call on Monday it would be delivered Wednesday. No discussion and 2 days notice. We both work, no one would be home. Tuesday we called our contact person explaining this and we said the next Monday would be okay. My husband would plan to be off work that day. We were told we would be called Thursday or Friday to confirm that day was okay. No phone call. So, does he take the day off or not? Will it be here or not? NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER. It has been a total headache doing business with them. I recommend others take warning from our totally negative experience.Container One

3 starsDelivery issues - Container One ******************* operates at a substandard level. Very inflexible towards notifying customers in a timely manner of scheduled delivery and ability to reschedule. It took a month after purchase for my container to be delivered. If I had not called to continually follow up it would have been longer.
