  Delivery issues - Container One ******************* operates at a substandard level. Very inflexible towards notifying customers in a timely manner of scheduled delivery and ability to reschedule. It took a month after purchase for my container to be delivered. If I had not called to continually follow up it would have been longer.

  My name is ***** *****. I chose to look for containers to use for storage purposes and was not sure what to expect. I put a few feelers out to see what I would get and was extremely impressed with the results I received from Container One. Not only were the associates helpful they did it with courteousness and speed which is something that is very lacked in today's society. **** made sure that I understood the entire process and what my options were in finding the perfect containers for what I needed. The loan company that he directed me to was able to get the paperwork done in minutes and ****** answered all of my questions allowing me to make decisions that would benefit my family and not leave me in a bad spot later in the loan. The people that scheduling team was able to work with my schedule so I didn't miss any work. This is followed by the delivery company that is really good at setting the containers exactly where I wanted them and didn't require movement more than an inch. I will definably be using this company for future use, not only for storage containers but they build livable units as well.

  This was a great experience. The container arrived in the exact condition that I was told it would be. The driver was very professional and took extra care to place the container where I needed it. There were no unexpected charges or fees involved. I am happy with the purchase of my container.

  Container One is hands down the best company Ive ever worked with!!!! I had been trying for a year to purchase a shipping container. I could never get any other company to call me back or answer any questions. I saw the phone number on the side of the freeway and took one more attempt to get a container. From the first contact they were like a breath of fresh air!!! From ordering to delivery EVERY person I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable and so polite and professional!!!! Im so grateful for Container One and their employees they made the process so easy and so rewarding!!!! I now have my beautiful container and I couldnt be happier!!!! Its so nice to know that there are still companies that truly strive to make their customers happy and cared for!!!!   It took almost three months to get but a little problem getting it were I wanted it but the driver was excellent in Persian and got it were I wanted it to land the driver was real skilled did a great job
