  Great communications until they get your money. Got 2 20' used containers that were delivered and supposed to come with a 5 yr structural and leak guarantee. The doors on one were damaged and require 2 people to open and close. The other one leaks from the top and that's how they brought them. Filed a warranty complaint haven't heard anything from them. Stay away from them not a good company to work with don't even want to talk to you just want your money and buying blind sight unseen.

  ******, you can view your case in your customer portal where you initially filed the complaint. Looking at your case seems like we are still waiting on a video from you.  I also dont see any mention or have photos of any leak just the issue on the doors that do open and close. If this is the case and there is leak we will continue to honor our warranty and please get us over pictures and videos so we can assist you.
  
  At the time of delivery a multipoint inspection sheet you signed off on shows that there was no holes or leaks and that the door did open close and latch. You may need to simply adjust the containers corners to make the door operate smoother since they are delivered onto grass and settle.

  You got a warranty complaint about the damaged doors and pictures from me. Haven't heard anything at all from container one. I found it very difficult to even talk to anyone on the phone. Easy to see when your being ignored. I didn't sign anything about delivery condition being good . You need to send someone to look at issues and stand by your 5 year promise. All I wanted was for you all to see what we got and a way to fix it. Not impressed with your costumer service so far.

  Container One did a fantastic job. I did a lot of research going into my purchase as this was my first time buying a shipping container. The research left me with a lot of questions. Because I live in a rural area I was concerned about the ability for any container company to deliver. Container One answered all of my questions. Through correspondence with photos, they were honest about the terrain which allowed me to prepare the terrain ahead of time, saving me a lot of time and money. Their communication and honesty was highly appreciated. The container received was in excellent shape. And I was even contacted faster than anticipated for delivery. I am very pleased with Container One.

  I purchased a used 20 container. Price was fair and the sale *** ***** was great. He was helpful and communicated in a timely manner. The delivery process on the other hand was a nightmare. Container Ones delivery and logistics is rude and completely lack customer service skills. They dont give you options for delivery days or time. You get delivery when they want to deliver the unit or in my case I had to wait an additional week for them to inform me when I would get the unit. Once on site the driver, who is a contractor, couldnt place the unit where I wanted because his trailer was too long. The driver said he could have used a shorter trailer but I wasnt offered the option. When I reached out to the delivery and logistics team they, didnt try to resolve the issue but instead told me to refer to the agreement I had to sign to get the unit and that they would charge me for any issues the driver had at the site. The Container One logistics *** told me on the phone Ill tell the driver to drive over your f****** Apple tree because the driver was having difficulty maneuvering around the property. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Use one of the many other container companies.

  Really good company to work with. Definitely had the best prices. ****** was great. He delivered 2 40' high cubes and put them exactly where I need them on my ranch. Highly recommend them.*****

  ***** on delivary dispite several given delivery dates. Roude logistic personel. Excuses from weather to DOT hold up, driver sick, the list goes on. Purchased 4/12/25 today is July 22, 2025, still waiting. Use someone else, you do not need the aggrevation. They've already got my money.

  From the moment I reached out for information on a container to the delivery , everything was great ! My contact was **** *******, and he was very professional and helpful . He went above and beyond helping me on his day off right before a family trip . The delivery guy was great ! He kept in contact with *** and asking for verification on which side the doors should be . My container is just beautiful !! My friends who have seen it say that it looks brand new ! I ordered side opening doors, and they all work beautiful . Its perfect ! I highly recommend working with company .
