5 starsContainer was in very good condition had a couple of dents that were not excessive or of concern .doors worked very nicely floor was in very good condition, had to pull a couple nails which was not a problem and kind of expected. The driver was very nice and very professional, he did an excellent job of placing the container in a 10 ft wide space and centered it perfectly, I was impressed with the delivery . Driver actually came a bit earlier than quoted which I also appreciated. I would highly recommend container one and will use them again if I need another container.

5 starsThey texted they called and driver called as he got with in 1 mile. Then he worked to drop box exactly where I wanted it. Great experience. Plus the container was in great shape, It still smells new.Container One

3 starsThe price agreed upon with the first ***resentative was incorrect though that price was what was paid, afterwards I was told that I still owed $200 more that the *** gave me a discount, Veter, that didn't exist. The third *** I talked to was able to "fix" the problem, I didn't need to pay that. After that it was a smooth experience with a good delivery and processing. 5 starsI wish I could give this company 10 stars. My sales rep was Emma ******** and she was very helpful in answering all of my questions. They delivered in the time frame that they said they would and the container appears to be in good condition. Our driver, Zach ********* brought the container to us from California and had mad driving skills and the patience of a saint. We really wanted the 40 foot container on the side of my parent's guesthouse where you couldn't even see it. In order for that to happen our driver had to avoid two trees, a tree stump, and park in a ten and a half foot space between the container and the wall. When we didn't think it was going to work, he wrapped a chain around the stump and pulled it for us and helped us fill in the hole. He also waited while we took two shingles off the guesthouse so he could make the last of the curve he needed to be able to park it. I was so grateful to him that we tipped him everything we had on us, but it wasn't nearly enough. We even offered to let him sleep in our guestroom as he had to drive back to California that night. He was seriously so patient with us. If you can pick your driver, pick Zach *********. He deserves my kudos and a big fat raise! Any other would have person would have left the container at the side of the house where it would have bothered me everyday for years. I'm beyond grateful to this company and to Zach.Container One

1 starThis companies website is misleading to the extent that they show huge inventory yards of their products. In reality they do not have "according to their own admission", any such "yards" or inventory. They demand that you pay for your container, prior to shipment, leaving you at their mercy as to the quality and appearance of what they send. They in fact never see what they are sending because they're "sub-contractor-driver and delivery person" goes to what ever wholesale yard, inspects the proposed container and either rejects it from there or accepts it and proceeds to deliver to the buyer. In my situation the shipment was delayed and enough time passed that my situation changed and I no longer "needed" the container. I called them, sent messages to them, sent emails demanding they cancel delivery "which had not even began to be shipped" and was told by **** Sunday, a representative quoting; " Oh, I'm not sure we can do that, I'll contact logistics and get back to you. That led to a heated conversation in which I basically hung up on him. The following day I texted logistics and **** replied to the text with a text of his own, which said, (quoting). Thanks for reaching out *******. Sorry I missed your call as I am on the phone pretty much all day long, I received a message this morning from logistics and your "warrantee container" will be delivered next week , Regards ****.I was originally told that the container would be coming from ******, ** and would take a couple of hours. Therefore if in fact at the time of ****** reply, we were even at that time dealing with at the most a few keystrokes on a computer, perhaps a phone call or two and nothing more / to date!It in now Feb 10, ******************************************** anything else. I sent a certified "letter of intent" this morning to them, and contacting an attorney to see what legal means I have to get my money back.Container One

We where closed over the weekend and first thing Monday morning when our accounting came in a refund was issued to you. So not sure what you mean by we have not sent you a refund. You should see it going back to our Account any day, all depending on how long your bank takes to issue ACH payments. Looks like we did have a delivery set up driver got to yard to load and the unit did not pass our multipoint inspection that is done when picked up and then again with customer at time of delivery. Apologies we want to get you a quality product and wouldn't bring out a container hat had seal issue that was missed by the Yard. We have a replacement that was ready to deliver however you wished to completely cancel the order so here we are and you have been refunded.
