1 starContainer One is very misleading and is not transparent on their delivery timeframe! They also pressure you to get your money to even start the process! I was told they couldn't guarantee a delivery date, but the "average" delivery is 5-7 days. However, I had to pay them to get the invoice generated so they could get it started. I asked if it was refundable and the sales girl said "yes everything is refundable". I was very clear I was moving and needed it by a certain date, but had flexibility and 5-7 days average (even another week would have worked) What I wasn't told was the "average" wasn't based on the timing of me paying them it was after they receive the release of the container. They have no idea as to when that would be! Once I found out (only because I called to inquire and update) I cancelled the order. They still charged me a cancellation fee of $350! If I would have known they had to wait for a release I would have NEVER agreed and would have went a different direction.

It is unfortunate you believe we are misleading but that is not the case. You placed your order on the 12th and canceled it after 3 business days not even giving the opportunity to make the delivery in our average timeline. You pre-maturely canceled the order resulting in a cancelation fee to be placed on your order which is all laid out in the terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your container. If you wish to proceed with the order again we will gladly waive the cancelation fees and start your order again..Review fromPat S

5 starsAbsolutely the BEST process, from start to delivery! Utilization of technology and still have the old school touch when it comes to client service, I would recommend Container One to anyone looking at purchasing a shipping container. Extremely high level quality and the functionality is exactly what you want and should expect. 5 starsWe love our new 40' container, the side doors are amazing. It truly is the Cadillac of containers. It is so nice inside too, the floors are amazing. This container is heavy-duty and well-made. I made a great choice in Container One. Thank you so much for our Delivery driver, *******. He was polite and very professional. 1 starDelivery is lousy!!!! Was told after lunch it is now 4:21pm and driver just contacted me that she was picking container up and being 1 1/2 hours away with good traffic I am looking at minimum 6:30pm delivery. If I could give 0 stars I would, this comes from lack of planning by their office.Container One

It is unfortunate you gave such a low review for us delivering in the later afternoon on the 13th as advised. You where called and told the day before you where the 3rd delivery of the day and would be a later afternoon delivery. Looks like your container was delivered to around 6:20pm on the day we promised. You started calling at 10am est. and was told multiple times that we would call when loaded and it was 3rd delivery of the day.
So we are not understanding what you are upset about here, as we told you from the beginning it would be a later delivery as you were the driver's 3rd delivery of the day.R. C.

Incorrect on your response...You stated it would be delivered after lunch, 6:20pm is technically after dinner and I asked several times if this could be delivered the next day. You either take the delivery at your time or get put back into the que which can be weeks down the line.The driver was more courteous in their response then you are in yours. She apologized for the over booking and confusion, more professional then most. BTW, I was correct in stating to your office I would be here till 7pm and you told me no, delivery would be done by 4 or 4:30. Needless to say with your lack of empathy and organizational skills please lose my number as I will not be a repeat customer, have a great day.Review fromDave S
