    Container One staff made the purchase of our shipping container affordable and easy. They were very professional and helpful every step of the way and it was delivered without any complications! I thank everyone involved and we will use them again and highly recommend them for anyone that needs a shipping container!

    From the first phone call to the last everyone was very help full and personable.they answered any question i had and returned all phone calls the same day.The container is in better shape than i was expecting.And very pleased with the delivery. The driver was very good at his job and knew how to do it .Put the container fight wear we wanted it .THANK YOU CONTAINER ONE OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!

    Every thing went good, when ordered they said it would be ten days. We received it in four. The container was in better shape than I thought it would be. The driver ***** was real nice and good at getting where we wanted it placed. Very happy.

    The only positive thing I can say about Container One is their salesman, Brandon, was very communicative. He did his part of the job well. Aside from that one shining light, the rest of the company is a paragon of incompetence--logistics in particular. Once the company had our money we were told the logistics department would reach out to schedule a delivery date, and to make a video of the area we want the container delivered. A week goes by without any word from logistics but we get the video done and send it. Another couple of weeks go by with repeated attempts to speak to someone in logistics but all the voicemails go unanswered. I reach out to the salesman, who seems to have no problem reaching logistics. They say they haven't seen the video so the salesman asks me to send it to him and then he will send it to them. Another couple of weeks go by without a delivery date so I reach out to the salesman, who reaches out to logistics, who tell him they have seen the video and they will be able to deliver. A delivery date in the middle of the week is established for delivery of the two containers we ordered and on the appointed only one actually is delivered. According to the driver, he meant to load the other container onto a trailer also but didn't get around to it. That being the case we arrange for the second to be delivered that Saturday, only to be told the day before by the driver he couldn't deliver because he again didn't get the container loaded. I complain to the salesman and request a discount on our purchase to compensate for their poor communication and overall poor customer service. The salesman said he relayed my message up the hierarchy and was told they were waiting on the delivery of the second container before making a decision. We eventually get the second container, whereupon the salesman tells us his boss says they can't give a discount.
    Container One is a clown show. Save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else.

    Darla has been great! Customer service across the board at all steps have been amazing. I’ve purchased two containers so far and plan on 3 more. They will all be from Darla. She’s 100% on it when it comes to her job. Lexi is amazing as well and all the drivers have been great with my pickiness of straightness. 100% recommend! I ordered multi-trip wind/weather tight, besides a little rust everything was right fine.

    Started off promising. The container we attempted to buy was easily $700 cheaper with this company. Now we know cheaper isn't better. Sales person was very friendly and helpful. Have no issues with sales. Warned us it was a 2 to 3 week turn around once sale completed. With it falling around the holiday, I wasn't surprised when it wasn't ready for delivery going into the 4th week. All the employees were friendly when I called to get updates. This is were the relationship fails. I had to call them to get updates. No e-mails and no phone calls were ever initiated by them. Going into 5 or 6 weeks after sale, I'm finally told our container has arrived and ******* said he would call me back when the yard cleared it for delivery. Several days went by, no call from ******* so I called. Then logistics tells me order is not at yard yet, get passed to *******, he says he will check with yard personally to see why it hasn't cleared yet and call me back. No call back, I call them get told its ready to deliver. Scheduling department was only department that called me and said driver will call tomorrow when on his way. Scheduling **** called next day to let me know driver rejected 4 units at yard as all damaged. I was surprised there were 4 units as we've waited 5 weeks for 1 to show up. No complaints about scheduling department as they followed through and really appreciated the driver for rejecting damaged units on our behalf. Another few days go by, I call to get update on order. ******* says he will call me back. No call back. I call again, he says unit coming in he will call me tomorrow by 10am to update me. Next day I wait till 11am and still no call back. I called to cancel order and get refund. Accounting calls me back, approves refund, tells me unit is ready so I'm being charged $350 cancellation fee. I said if ******* had called as he said he would then we wouldn't have canceled. I was told poor customer service is not a reason to not charge us cancellation fee.

    Yes there was some delays caused from of forth of July holiday and the fact this was a specialty Double Door container. After the first call with ******* where he said he would reach out to depot and would update you once we had an update if they had it ready. 2 days later it was ready at yard logistics then called you that same day to set up delivery as they where directed to reach out to do the call all in one call with good news and a delivery schedule call instead of purchasing department calling you to say unit is ready then our dispatch department calling right after, that is how bad we wanted to get this out to you quickly and where watching this order. When we did attempt first delivery yes the yard had miss in-gated our units or possibly damaged them while they where at the yard and did not preform a good inspection. These issues were caught by us at pick up because we do a multi point inspection before bringing containers to you as we do care about what we do here and do not want you to have any issues with the container. I do show on the 30th afternoon that we had talked and ******* had told you that the replacement would be ready any day, as we where just waiting for it to be brought back to yard form its first import shipment. We would be talking with yard the next morning around 10 to find out and give you an update if there was one. They had no update at 10 for ******* to give to you yet. and between that convo at 10 and you canceling after 12 yard had gotten the unit returned from shipper and it was ready for us to get. Unfortunately your call was missed at 12:15pm as ******* was actually out of office rest of the week for personal reasons.   ********************* calls you after lunch and tells you the unit is ready and you can cancel if you wish with a fee. you decide to cancel. You would've been informed by purchasing or the logistics department of the great news once where back in from lunch and even a redelivery day set up but the cancelation was in place already. It is unfortunate from the initial delay then the scramble to fix the yards mistakes to get another unit set for you that meets our standards. If you do wish to reorder this we can credit back the cancelation fee to you as we still have a couple Double Door containers ready right now in your Market.
