5 starsWe are very pleased customers; If we had questions before the project began we were
able to speak with that exact person. The pre-measurement man was on time & kind to
answer any questions. The installer was always on time & knew exactly what to do, & didn't
mind us looking in on the progress. A wonderful improvement for us going from tub to only
shower.

5 starsThe experience we had with Joyce Windows was very easy. They came to the home we are updating as scheduled. Came back again to remeasure the windows being replaced. Then as advised, came back around 3 months later and installed them. Installers, William, Jeff and Nate were very professional and polite. Replaced the windows in a reasonable time frame and cleaned up after themselves and took the old windows with them. We did not have to discard the windows ourselves. We highly recommend Joyce Windows. Windows look great and even tho they were replaced just 2 days ago they appear to be well made and hopefully will last and look great for years to come.Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths

5 starsEveryone we worked with at Joyce was professional and customer service oriented - including the sales rep, measurement, materials ordering, project manager and installer. Paul Muresan did an outstanding job removing our old tub and shower and then installing our new walk in shower!
Paul was on time, polite, organized, clean and neat, and explained everything he was doing. He worked non-stop and completed the job in one day!

5 starsI am so happy I went with Joyce for my 3 doors. I am very pleased with their doors. I purchased a 16 foot wide double-paned patio door, a security and screen door and screen door for my front entrance, and a security door between my house and garage. Joyce’s price for purchasing and installing the three doors was less than what one of their competitors was selling their patio door. with Joyce, I got three doors installed. Their installers,Mark and Adam, were always professional. They left their work area very clean. I honestly was blown away with their products and installation. 5 starsJoyce is a great company to work with. From sales and orders to scheduling and installing we were informed of every step. Bob, our installer was exceptional. He removed a cast iron tub and installed a walk in shower. It looks and works great and he was considerate with all our questions and clean up. 1 starI would not recommend Joyce Windows. It took them 10 months to correct the sliding window latches. The installers left scratches on the window trim.Review fromBob C

5 starsFrom start to finish dealt with great people. From sales person to Nick our installer everything was smooth sailing.
On time pleasant and personable.
Didn’t mind me sticking my head in to see what was going on.
Explained everything. Clean up was great.
