      We are thoroughly satisfied with Joyce Factory Direct and could not be more pleased with the way they completed the project we contracted them to do. A bathroom shower replacement was on our to do list for a very long time. Their reviews were quite high, so my husband and I decided to pay them a visit. The representative was very knowledgeable and taking his time and explaining everything that would be done to complete the project and described all supplies. The contractor, Garrhett, did an excellent job. We can't even describe his professionalism and knowledge. He was efficient, and did an EXCELLENT job, cleaned up afterwards and showed us how to use the features we chose. The finished shower, in our main bathroom, is much more than we expected it to be. The next time we decide on our next project, this is the only company that we will contact.

      We had a bath remodel done by Joyce. Excellent experience, excellent quality, professional installers. Bill and Billy Barber came on time and worked as a team and stayed with it till complete. Thanks guys you did a great job . Highly recomend the folks at Joyce from start with sales to end product. Excellent job.

      Jared ******* did a great job installing our new shower, checking with us frequently to be sure he was doing it the way we wanted. Completed the job on time and left the site cleaned up and ready for use.

      Bill and Billy ****** were my installers. They were extremely courteous and professional ! They performed a great installation ! They were helpful with asking me my preferred heights and locations of all of the accessories ! When they completed the work site was very clean ! Just very nice people ! Thank You Joyce Co. !!!

      From the minute I walked into the Joyce Windows showroom to the completion of my bath-to-shower project, I experienced customer-focused attention. Timeline updates were confirmed via phone, were exactly as projected, and time conflicts were cheerfully honored. Tim *****, the installer, completed each aspect of the project, advising me along the way with "how- to- care" tips. I was especially impressed with his attention to details and safety measures within the work area.
      I rarely grant a 5-star rating, but Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Bath definitely earned nothing less!
