5 starsI love my new windows from Universal Windows Direct! The house is warmer -- no more drafts! And it's so quiet now. I can't hear the traffic or the guy down the street with his power saw.
The installation went smoothly. Those guys (Ken and Jim) really did some hard work. The house is over 100 years old, & I'm sure some of that was original hardware. They were so polite, and I think they left the house cleaner than when they started! ??Universal Windows Direct

5 starsThe windows arrived about 4 weeks BEFORE the earliest estimate. We set up an appointment to install 6 windows. John and Frank were on time and got to work after a brief description of what to expect. They were fast, professional and also helped move a bed. They worked CLEAN. We were shown how to open, close and clean the windows. We're very happy with the windows. I'd recommend John, Frank and Universal Windows! 2 starsEvery single part of the process has been done incorrectly. My windows were not tagged as to which ones were being replaced, the measurements were incorrect. The installed put in windows that were 4 inches too small with no call to the managers. You can instantly tell they are too small. They also did not insulate ANY of my 10 windows that I purchased for $11,000. Then, they are telling me I have to wait over a month or insulation and 12-16 weeks for new windows. They will have to rip apart each window to insulate and I was not provided a final walkthrough. I’m wondering how many other customers do not have insulation in their windows and don’t know! Please check your windows!!Universal Windows Direct
