5 starsI had my front door and frame taken out and replaced. I ordered the door and frame with sidelight from Universal Windows Direct. Although the manufacture and install was a little longer than I wanted the install went very well. The crew leader Marvin ****** and his team did extremely well and took less time than I expected. They had to remove my storm door and reinstall both and they did an excellent Job!
They were very efficient and cleaned up after they were done.
They were a bit pricy but it might be worth the wait.
I might use them to replace my sliding glass door.
Carlo ****** was the sales rep that initially contacted me.

1 starAbsolutely do NOT recommend this company. We need a replacement window due to a fire. I spoke with a rep on November16-she told me she was ordering the window. In January I spoke with a different rep who emailed me both a copy of my “order” as well as a “ETA” on delivery of my window.
I just spoke with a rep who informed me my window was never ordered, and it would be an additional 18-22 weeks. When I questioned the rep I spoke with today about representatives from this company providing misleading information about my window being reordered, she became very rude, and hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate.Universal Windows Direct

5 starsThis was the second time I have used Universal Windows Direct. We replaced all the windows in the first floor of our new house a couple of years ago and both the product and the process were so good, we went directly back to them this time for a patio door and bathroom window replacement. Ryan L. replaced our patio door, was extremely professional and friendly and even replaced some rotten wood under the old door before completing the installation. He was quick, honest, and did everything he said he would do. It was another great experience for us and we will be all set to enjoy our patio even more this spring!Universal Windows Direct
