2 starsInstallation of the windows went well, clean-up could have been better and only when install was complete were we made aware that the glass would not be cleaned. I questioned why and was told that customers complain about the smell of the glass cleaner and some are allergic to the cleaner.
The upper and lower grids do not line up and when I questioned this to the service department the answer was "the lower window unit is wider than the upper one"!

Business neglected to respond to the 2nd item, "window grids in upper and lower window do not line up", lower glass is 1 inch wider than the upper glass, if all glass was measured from the center out for the grid installation they would line up!!!Review fromSharon R

5 starsSales person was terrific, and once they got out here, mike the installer was great & professional and got the job done and quick. I'm finally after 3 years enjoying the nice breeze in my house. Love it and the cat loves sitting in the window.

1 starI did not receive the custom windows I ordered. The windows I ordered were supposed to help muffle the outside noise, And help keep the heat and the AC in the house.They don't the noise is so loud it sounds like I have my windows open and I don't. I have called the company and I cannot get past the woman that answers the phone. She takes a message and no one gets back to me. I have asked for the sales person to get in contact with me and he hasn't. I paid a lot of money for custom windows and this is not what they gave me.Universal Windows Direct

5 starsThere were some minor issues with the install but when I called they were happy to send somebody out to fix issues (broken sash on install and one window floated). When Jim the service man came, he was VERY knowledgeable and was able to fix minor issue. Jim was also very kind and respectful! I am very happy with my windows and would refer to family and friends! 5 starsFrom the initial appointment to install everything was great! Had windows installed in 7/2022. My cats tore one of the screens. They came back and replaced the screen along with a tilt latch that was broken. The do guarantee their windows and workmanship! I would highly recommend!Universal Windows Direct
