Refund and Exchange Policy

Company offers various levels of cancellation policies to RV Owners. Owners will choose from the policies outlined below when negotiating or setting price for their RV rental.  Each potential renter is informed of which policy the owner has chosen before they book the rental.  The different polices are as follows: 

Forgiving: Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 7 days before rental, 50% refund of money collected within 7 days of rental. A $90 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.
Flexible: Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, 50% refund of money collected within 30 days of rental. A $90 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.
Standard: Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, 50% refund of money collected within 30 - 14 days of rental, no refund within 14 days of rental. A $90 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.
Strict: Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, no refund within 30 days of rental. A $90 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.
Very Strict: Renter may receive 50% refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, no refund within 30 days of rental. A $90 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.
Most Strict: Renter may not receive a refund of any money collected. A $90 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds. 
Renter will agree upon the cancellation.  Any Renter who wishes to cancel their booking must email [email protected] with their booking number and cancellation request.  The cancellation request will be processed according to the Owner’s chosen and Renters agreed to cancellation policy.
