Terrible company. The owners decided to cancel our rental less than 3 weeks before our trip, which we had hundreds of dollars out on that were nonrefundable. They just get to walk and leave us hanging with no penalty to them and ruin our trip and cost us $$$. The company does nothing for renters. There are other more reputable companies to use and I will.Review from Windy L

Misled and lied to over the phone by customer service representative in a timely manner to get a cancellation resolved and a full refund. Was sent emails and on hold so long that we missed our cancellation policy update by only 2-minutes! Asked to speak to a supervisor explained to her everything that had Happened. She said to reach out to the owner regarding the refund if he gave his approval then there should not be a problem. Owner of course, just keep repeating needs to go through rideshare he has nothing to do with it. Customer service representative was very short, hateful, condescending, and more or less said nothing encouraging at all. They are very fast to take your money and deposit immediately however, it can take days to verify your driving record because they do not tell you you have to, upload documents from your local DMV but in the same sentence told me I had plenty of time to do so all of this over the phone while I was on the computer at the same time. Once again, very misleading would not recommend this company nor the owner contractors of the RVs as they will put their head in the sand obvious and not do anything about it. Will be going to small claims court, because I feel that the small fee incurred for that is nothing compared to the gross negligence of this company and their customer service, representatives and managers.Review from Chakalia D

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Its basically a scam I was bamboozled and Im contacted bbb and they seem to have been paid off the let this type of stuff continue. I am way too angry to go into detai. Definitely do not book the rigazzi roaming retreat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from Christy L

This company overcharges & under-delivers. Rented an ** 7 mos before my trip. Here are the issues; I wasnt informed that they use separate fleet companies, the week before my trip I confirmed the ** only to be told it was a fleet company (** Life is Good), they had an entirely separate agreement and required a credit card form for incidentals, I then explained I already paid in full and there is a deposit hold with ** Share for incidentals, I was told I could not rent the ** unless I signed these documents and submitted them, then I was told the ** I was renting five days before I was on my way by plane had been in an accident and was no longer available, they said they would be replacing it with another **, we got there picked up our rental. I handed them the agreement. I had Red lined it and signed it, we got the ** to the location where we routinely go, and suddenly the electric power was not working with the ** it would come on and then cut out, we contacted the person as well as the owner and didnt hear back for three hours, the op person, then walk-through steps with us and finally told us to simply use the generator and he sent us an email stating that we were to do so, we later spoke with the owner and he surmised other things, of course, In the end, we were charged additional fees for generator usage, and Rv Share charged us additional monies to process that additional fee, overall this was an extreme expenditure, and a very bad experience overshadowing our family reunion that we had planned again seven months prior, I tried to contact the owner about the charges, and there was no response. We were VERY mislead by the RVshare listing that we rented. The tires that were on the back of the *** were not only BALD - two of them completely blew (and I mean SHREDDED) 1 hour into our trip. We were left on the side of the highway (US 16 - which is a minimum MPH of 70 with tractor trailers blowing by every 2-3 minutes), from 10:45 p.m. until 5:45 the next morning. WE had to pay out of pocket, $1600 to have the two tires replaced that should have been replaced prior to our trip, and have not been reimbursed by either the owner or RV Share. Not only was our safety completely jeopardized, but we were not able to get ahold of the "24/7" roadside assistance that RV share claims to have. After calling the number on their website, 6 times, waiting on a hold tone line for 30 minutes EACH and every time, the call would end and hang up on us. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND FRAUDULENT. They left PAYING customers in an extremely dangerous and potentially fatal situation, and they have STILL not made this right. Due to RVShare's SHEER and utter negligence in providing a safe vehicle, my husband and I were put in imminent danger. It is unacceptable that a company would rent out a vehicle in such a hazardous condition. Not only has RV Share not provided us with a reimbursement for the money and fees that we paid for out of pocket, they don't respond to emails, they provide you with a claims specialist that does not help either and says that they are surprised that someone from their team has not yet reached out, and then goes **** I would expect RVShare to conduct a thorough inspection of all their RVs to prevent this from happening to another customer. This experience has been severely traumatic and I will be sharing my experience on ALL available platforms.Review from John E

I would recommend against using this company. I did not have a good experience. They are not interested in customer service and could care less about anything other than their own profits. Not only do they refuse to refund my money for a late cancellation, they also want to charge me for canceling. The personnel in their center are rude and disrespectful. I have not used the service to lease out my things but I just today they informed me that they will also be charging the owners too. Theyre plenty of other sites to rent outdoor equipment, I would recommend using them before this one.Review from Tricia S

Do not rent from this company. We got scammed out of $1500. Terrible costumer service! The lady on the claim never would answer her phone. If we were lucky, she would email us a short and sweet message! When we did actually talk to her, she ended up hanging up on us! She ended up closing the case without talking to us and hearing our side. We did receive an email saying we would get our security deposit back and then all of a sudden we aren't. So now we are out $1500 because the guy scammed us and rvshare didn't do their job! We have rented from this guy several times but will never again after our latest experience! We have always returned the camper cleaner then we picked it up! Such as vacuuming the bunk beds because they were full of crumbs, cleaning out the fridge because there was mold, cleaned the toilet because it was disgusting which we didn't use as we were next to the shower house, wiping everything down and mopping, the list could go on but I'm sure you get the point! After we dropped the camper off, he called us a couple hours later saying the water pump was left on and a faucet must have turned on going down the road and flooded the camper.... Please tell me how this happens?!?! Mind you all the tanks were full when we picked it up and we didn't use any water. Now we are out $1500 for damage which included something with the toilet... And again we didn't use it! If this doesn't scream scammer then I don't know what does!!! Please do yourself a favor in rent somewhere else!Review from Kelsey721

Do not rent from RVShare. I have had a nightmare of an experience renting from this company. First, they flooded my inbox with promotional emails, so I missed the important one stating that my reservation had been cancelled, two months after being confirmed, because my ID was blurry. It was not blurry, which their customer service rep confirmed on the phone when I scrambled to rebook a week before my trip. Then my second reservation ID was blurry. It was not, as confirmed again, but because, they said, it was approved digitally, they couldnt approve it manually. I had to send in a passport photo. Each time I was told that my ID would be verified by the end of the day, and my trip confirmed. After five days of this, calling each day, I begged them to override their system and manually approve my ID. It was finally confirmed less than 24 hours before the trip- but not before they mistakenly called me and told me my ID was blurry AGAIN (am I being punked?)The pop-up camper I rented left us without heat for three of our five days. During those three days, the temperature dropped below freezing and we experienced an unpredicted snowfall. The owner was unfamiliar with the trailer, and we were left VERY cold. RVShare said they could not make any changes/refunds to my rental, based on this, even with the insurance I purchased. We ended our trip three days early, and I was unable to confirm the cancellation via the RVShare platform, so the ** owner called to arrange the cancellation. RVshare reached out to me to confirm, and when I did confirm, they said their team was unable to accept the confirmation and they would be contacting the ** owner. I have spent HOURS on the phone with this company. All of the customer service reps are very kind, but they have zero ability to approve or confirm ANYTHING. They go to their team, with problems, but this has done nothing. Do not rent from this company. What a trip.Review from Jace B

This was the worst ** experience I've ever had. Avoid this company at all costsit's a total rip-off. They profit from expensive insurance, which they don't disclose until after the transaction. I was shocked by the hidden fees and the lack of transparency. The ** was delivered with damages, and they tried to blame it on me despite my clear evidence to the contrary. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This company is not trustworthy, and their business practices are deceptive. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this rental service. Absolutely not worth it.
