              Planet Fitness has illegally charged my account on multiple occasions and refused to give me membership termination paperwork. I want my money back immediately and the horrible staff to be reprimanded from corporate.

              When I signed up I was asked for my bank routing number and a debit card number. Supposedly, I gave them I wrong routing number, but the gym still had my debit card number, which was, apparently, not good enough for them. So they supposedly attempted to charge me through my routing number, and when that didn't go through they waited for billing date to expire before they used the debit card number. Why would they not use the debit card number immediately if (supposedly) the routing number was wrong?
