              ConEd Solutions (formerly **************) installed solar system on my roof 3 years ago. My invertor stopped working this summer and had to be replaced through warranty. The invertor's manufacturer confirmed that they delivered the replacement invertor to the installer (ConEd Solutions). Now, the ConEd Solutions is not responding and is unreachable in the past few weeks: all phones are leading to voicemails that are full and do not accept new messages. I filled the online request form a few days ago but never heard back. The person I worked with is no longer with the company and the emails are returned back to me. The company was nice and easy to reach when they were installing (i.e. wanted my money). Now, good luck getting any help.

              One of their senior solar consultants, *****************************, harasses Christians online. He ****** them to rapists, slave holders, murderers, etc in his ******** posts on other people's pages. Keep in mind, these claims he makes are unsolicited posts on other people's pages to mock and bully them. Why would RWE want someone like this working for them? Especially when he is doing it while publicly advertising that he works for RWE.One of the posts I've seen was a sick meme posted on Saturday 1/6/24 on the ******** page of ***************************. I would post the screenshot if I could, but I am not allowed here.Not sure why RWE wants to have hateful people representing them. He openly disdains probably 70% of their customer base. Doesn't seem like a wise decision.
