  We recently had the pleasure of working with Attorney ******************************* and *************************** to cancel our Wyndham timeshare, and we're really happy with how things turned out. We got into the timeshare in 2019, but we never got to use them because of COVID and because were a military family stationed overseas with strict regulations during that time.When we finally tried to use it, things got confusing and frustrating with additional fees associated with RCI bookings.   It was great to know this firm and *******************************, who took care of my Timeshare cancellation. From the very beginning they were always very honest and transparent about all the process and what to expect from it. They not only charge much less, when compared to all other firms I researched, as they only charge their fees after the cancellation is all set. It took around 5 months to have the cancellation solved and to be free from this scam.Very serious and hard worker group and I definitely recommend!

  It's rare that I write reviews for companies that I contract with online, especially glowing ones. The Law Offices of Kenneth H. Dramer, P.C. is the exception. I pride myself on doing due diligence before I enter into a such contractual arrangement. I researched more than 20 law offices and financial groups that specialize in timeshare exits and that I rejected primarily due to excessive negative reviews and the high pressure sales techniques that got me into the timeshare dilemma to begin with. Dramer Law was the only firm that presented a refreshingly different approach that caught my eye: no upfront payments, no monthly replenishing a retainer fee, just an agreed upon flat rate payment after the timeshare exit process is complete. Most importantly, every promise made to me - whether verbally or in writing - was kept! I have been completely released from two timeshare contracts at approximately 1/3 the cost of what the other companies list as the average cost of getting out of one contract. I highly recommend The Law Offices of Kenneth H. Dramer, P.C.

  Post Covid I had to make some tough decisions, one being to get an MCA loan. Biggest mistake of my life. I was drowning and hours away from losing my business. I called Dramer Law and they were the only reason I didn't lose everything. ******* and ****** were a pleasure to deal with and they fought HARD every step of the way. They not only saved me from complete financial ruin, but got me huge discounts on the payoffs as well. Please don't ever get an MCA! But, if you do, call Dramer Law. Highly recommended!

  This firm is amazing. I saved more than half on my MCA, because of that I was able to have my UCC Lien removed. I owed $21,000. ******* was able to negotiate $4800 and they settled. I am still awe. The service of the team was amazing as well.

  just now NEW ************** They stopped all the harassing phone calls the very next day and was able to settle my case saving my over 15k. I hope I never have to use this type of service again but if I do I know who to call!

  I had the pleasure of working with **** while trying to get me out of a timeshare I thought I was already out of. About 10 years I had signed on the dotted line for a timeshare, employed one of the so-called timeshare cancellation companies and was told about a year later I was out of my timeshare. Fast forward to 2021, I began getting letters and threats - clearly I was still in this contract. I looked for another company and this law firm came up. I called and asked many many questions as I didnt want to throw away anymore money. I had spoken to both **** and the attorney who assured me that no money is due until the firm is successful. Thats a no brainer. I signed the retainer agreement and the firm immediately began working on my case. Not even a year later I was told I was out of the timeshare contract and provided proof (1099-c). The turn around times is great, the staff automatically send you monthly updates, you dont have to pay upfront, if they are unsuccessful you dont owe anything, and when successful you can pay at once or set up a payment plan for the extremely reasonable fee they charge. I highly recommend! Just wish I would have found them 10 years ago.

  When we purchased our time share, we were told they would purchase it back if we were not satisfied. That was a total lie! We were contacted by a company in ********** that promised to get us out. They took our $4950 and ran. We are so grateful we found the ********** of Kenneth H Dramer. His office is very professional and kept ** abreast of every detail. They charge no upfront fees and successfully cancel our time share for <$2000.If you fall into the trap of signing up to a time share and want out, call Kenneth H Dramer!
