  My sincere thanks goes out to The Law Offices of Kenneth H. Dramer PC for the excellent work the team did to assist me in exiting my timeshare. From the start they were very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient at working with the timeshare entities to get the ball rolling on the process and appropriate paperwork. I am pleased to say that I have exited my timeshare and it was done in a timely fashion. Thank you to the team again for your great work!

  Don't waste your time and money! We ended up paying an additional $2,000 over the amount we could have paid directly to the firm that our business owed money to, as the fee structure for this alleged law firm is a total rip-off. They were slow to get started which is not surprising as they charge a monthly fee for every month that they are "on your case.". Don't waste your time and money. Find someone else! They CLAIM to be experts in negotiating with *******, but they kept asking the US what they should do next?!

  We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our services. We understand that you previously fired your attorney because they did not achieve the results you wanted, and we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency:We asked for your direction multiple times because we cannot offer more than you tell us is available to pay. You claimed that your entity was closed, that you had no funds for a lump sum, and that you couldnt afford payments toward a settlement over time. When your first offer was rejected, we had no choice but to recommend bankruptcy, given the financial situation you painted yourself to be in. You opposed bankruptcy and instead suddenly came up with additional funds to offer. When that offer was also rejected, you again found more money. Over two months, you increased your offers by $50,000quite impressive for someone who claimed to have no money or ability to make payments. From the outset, we provided a clear estimate that your case would settle for the amount you owed before defaulting. If you now claim you could have settled for $2,000 less, then why did you hire us after we clearly communicated our expectations? Toward the end of negotiations, when ******* noticed a substantial last-minute cash transfer, they raised concerns about withheld information. You explained it as an anonymous donation, but ******* questioned why the transfer appeared to come from an account linked to yours. Rather than providing answers, you instructed us to settle immediatelyfor $125,000even $5,000 more than where we ultimately settled. This means you were willing to pay $7,000 more than your review claims you could have settled for on your own. If you truly believed you could have paid less, why would you have agreed to that? Thankfully, we achieved our initial estimate and saved you that additional $5,000, so you only paid $2,000 more than your review suggests.Throughout the process, we consistently communicated the settlement amount we anticipated. We acted with your best interests in mind despite the fluctuating financial information you provided. In the end, we secured a settlement for $120,000, just $122 more than our calculated pre-default amount. This settlement saved you over $50,000 from the lawsuit balance for which you sought our assistance.We have helped thousands of people deal with their lawsuits and understand that legal matters can be stressful.   The Law Offices of Kenneth Dramer got me out of a nightmare timeshare with Massanutten!! We signed an agreement in Sept of '23 and I was free May of '24. YAY!! **************** and ** Sinisky are the absolute best! Their communication was exceptional. I knew what was happening every step of the way. They were very clear about the fees that were paid AFTER the successful cancellation. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone who has been "swindled" into a timeshare!

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer to cancel our timeshare and had a very quick successful outcome compared to most of the other cancellation time frames I've heard of. It was canceled within 5-6 months once we got started. I went into this process thinking it would be a nightmare and the attorneys at this law firm made the process comfortable. Their customer service and communication was great! They kept me updated every step of the way and was very professional. No upfront payment and the flat rate was effective & lower than most of the other options I researched. I highly recommend this law firm!!
