  Horrible, Abusive and just out right Rude people. Both ******* and Mr. ********************** are rude to their customers, they take your money, and instead of solving problems, they are intimidating you to accept deals. I have it in writing, that ******************, who works for Mr. **********************, declare that ************** of an Merchant Cash Advance are, and I quote: "acting like the Mafia".When I told this to Mr. **********************, he yelled at me and blamed me.Please be ware, dont use them, they are very very rude people and have no compassion or care in helping you what so ever. Please be warned.

  Dear **************, it's not our practice to tell people what they want to hear. It seems that you had an unrealistic expectation, despite our efforts to explain what to expect. Unfortunately, it appears that you ignored our advice and persisted in believing only what you wanted to hear. Consequently, you experienced firsthand the consequences of borrowing from Merchant Cash Advance funders, as you were immediately sued and had *** liens sent to your customers. Despite these challenges, we were able to act quickly and within three days, get the *** liens released, lower your weekly payments from $1500 to $500 per week, and even discount your balance. We also negotiated with the other MCA from whom you borrowed funds only made one payment and instantly defaulted, by lowering your payments from $1200 to $200 and waiving all fees. All of this was accomplished for a fee of $3000. By following our advice, you were able to save a substantial amount, improve your cash flow, and save a fortune in the time value of money. However, since you refused to heed our advice and continued to ignore our recommendations, we have decided to terminate our service agreement with you. In the future, we suggest that you avoid hiring a law firm if you do not intend to follow their advice. If you plan to instruct your attorneys on how to do their job, it may be more effective to handle the matter yourself. We wish you all the best, and please take care.

  I worked with **********, he was super easy to work with. Communication was very good. The outcome was much better than I expected. His game plan was straight and to the point. He handled all emails/calls and everything else. It was a very reasonable price as well. I would highly recommend to any family/friends.

  We'd had our timeshare for about 18 years and since it was deeded for life and in perpetuity, that meant our children would inherit it. We didn't want them to have to deal with something that our kids didn't want, so we decided to try to get rid of it before it was too late. We checked with many companies, even the one that advertises heavily on radio, brochures etc...to help us. All of them wanted between $thousands to take care of it with at least half of that up front and no guarantees it would no longer be in our names. I did a lot of research and called a lot of companies. I came across the Law offices of Kenneth H. Dramer and ******* was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how they worked and the fee associated with it AND they didn't have to be paid until the work was done! We thought it was our best option and it definitely was. It took about 10 months for everything to work out for **, but part of that was that the ***************** was extremely slow in responding to Dramer Law Firm. Nevertheless, we are now out of our timeshare and our children don't have to ever think about it. We highly recommend them for anyone who wants to be released from their timeshare.

  We are very grateful to ******************************* for his help in cancelling our timeshare contract. We contacted other companies who guaranteed ** success, but after paying a lot of money upfront, we found it all to be a scam. We gave Dramer Law offices a call and spoke to *******, he was very knowledgeable and informed us, step by step, how the process would work. We started the process immediately. ******* kept us informed along the way and everything worked out just as he told us, including no upfront fees. We are so very pleased with their professionalism and honesty that we highly recommend them to anyone else needing help.

  I found these guys through a neighbor that highly recommended this law firm. I am so glad I reached out to them. They have been awesome throughout this entire process. They did an amazing job with the explanation of the process, so had no surprises at any time. Their fees were very reasonable, plus they didn't charge upfront. The amount we saved off future maintenance fees made this worth every *****. Great customer services with the right amount of follow **** to keep ** informed throughout the progress. In fact, this was completed faster than what I would have expected. If I know anyone that is looking to get out of their Timeshare, I will definitely pass on their information.

  I was desperate to get out of a timeshare that my husband and I had gotten into. The high annual fees that were once reasonable but had crept up and were insane. Through luck, I found Dramer Law through a ****** search. I contacted them and were connected with *******************************. He was very reassuring that he was not a scam. Believe me I was quite skeptical since I had already been scammed twice. I was very, very doubtful that he would be able to help me out since I was so skittish after being scammed. He assured me that there were no upfront fees, if he did not perform I did not have to pay and he was not like any of the others and I could trust him. ******************** was on top of everything from day one. He kept me totally informed every step of the way. If I had to rate ******************** from a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him at a definite 15.   The Dramer Law offices fulfilled all our needs to exit our timeshare. They told us up front that we did not have to pay them until the process was complete. They were true to their word. It was a relief not worry and stress about the timeshare. We would recommend the Dramer Law firm to anyone that needed to exit a timeshare. The staff at Dramer are very professional and supportive.

  We attended one of those too-good-to-be-true timeshare presentations and the very next month, COVID-19 shut down everything. There was absolutely no use for our timeshare and with all of the changes the pandemic inflicted on our lives (laid off), it came to a point where we had to choose which payments to maintain.We felt desperate and there was just nowhere to turn to stop the damaging effects. We googled and ran across the Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer and spoke with ************************* who was all out genuine and reassuring. Once again, the process sounded too good to be true but with nothing more to lose, we gave it a try. The cost of service was doable because they offer a flexible payment plan and they guarantee favorable results within a yr. Luckily and unexpectantly, our case was settled in 3 months!I'm so glad we reached out, I only wished it was sooner!
