    Manipulative! Offered me three refunds to keep their trash. First $15, then $27, finally. $45. Myself losing $90! Not OK. Advertising that clothing is made in *********NOT! Made in ***** using digital polyester fabric, button holes not big enough for buttons and zippers that dont zip.

    The ads and the website specifically state that the clothes are made in **************, and shipped from warehouses in various ** locations. My items did not fit correctly and are poorly made. They will only refund the full amount, if I pay to return them to *********. That will cost about 2/3 of the total refund. The ads are falsely stating that the clothes are made in *******. If I could have given them a negative rating, I would.

    Bait and Switch. Advertises made in *********** but tags say made in *****. Cheap material, poor stitching. Advertises free returns but that's not true.

    If there was a NEGATIVE star I would choose that! The clothes were not as advertised (not t-shirt material but a thin Rayon) and were too small. I contacted them to get a return label to obtain a refund. The customer service responded would I take $16.00 refund and I could keep the dresses (which were too small and not what advertised). I replied no. They came back would I take $24? I spent $90 for these two dresses. I replied no I wanted a full refund. Never heard anything else.

    I ordered 2 tops from Lsoru company. The tops did not fit. I wanted to send them back and get a bigger size. Lsoru said they did not want the items back and would refund me $12. I paid approximately $30 per top. I refused. As of 2/28/23 (original order around 1/15/23) the company is saying they will give me $40 refund.

    They claim their dresses are made in **************. When the product comes it is in packaging that says "Made in *****." The sizes are not true to ******** sizes and therefore don't fit. When contacted they may refund you a small amount, about **** percent. When I pointed out that their product is made in *****, NOT in **************, they responded that they have warehouses in ** and IN. These are warehouses, not factories, and they are not in **************. They advertise on ******** ALL the time. If I come across another ad, I will screenshot the photo and send you another message. Thanks.
