    I ordered 4 dresses on line from Lsoru, ad said make in ************** and was planning to keep one for a wedding and returning the other 3. Took a month to come , sizing was way off so could not wear any. Tried to return and there first reply by email was they would give me $20 and I keep dresses. I emailed back, no, why would I want dresses that didn't fit. I want my money back. They sent back 2nd reply they would give back $48 and I keep dresses. I Sent another email saying no, why would I except that. I was charged $163.96 for the 4. Waiting for there response.

    I bought two dresses that are same style but different material. One is a little snug and other is way off. I could not find a return address with package so I emailed 3 times asking for a address to refund and they have not. They want to exchange and say over and over. Their size is not consistent even between the two and why would I ever want to deal with them again

    This company is not in the *** nor are the clothes made in the ***. They charge high prices and refuse to give any refunds.

    A definite SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress and 2 blouses following the size guidelines and they didn't fit(2 sizes too small). Took 18 days to receive the items. Return address on package was from ******* and when I put the address into Zillow, it came up as vacant land not currently for sale. I emailed this so-called company Lsoru countless times explaining the issue of the products not fitting. They offered to change sizes. I told them I didn't trust their size guidelines now and that there was no "return/refund authorization form" as promised inside the package. I asked for a total refund. I was offered(through several emails) a refund of $15, then "we can only refund $38 because the shipping costs are too high to b worth the reward." I emailed them saying "*****? These came in a package from *******!". Next email to me said "We can offer $50." Final email to me said: "You have 2 choice: 1. We will refund you $55 you keep the items. 2. You can send them back to *****, we will offer you a full refund when it arrive, but you have to pay the postage yourself."

    says MADE IN *** ************** no they are NOT received in bags with made in ***** on them took 15 days to receive was shipped using ***** international shipping cheap made stuff no tag showing what clothing is made of. no sizing anywhere near what a person would wear! horrible and should be reported as a scam (which I tried to do) NO TAGS ON IT ANYWHERE except the paper one and heavy petroleum smell to them.

    Credit card was immediately charged. Took 1 month to receive product, nothing what I expected. The only label in each item is the size, no company name. The package shipped in is Chinese language with a **** label with return address: *************, *************************************************************************Someone would reply to emails, but once the tracking information was available I wasn't able to get the expected date of receipt.I know I'm not the only one to be scammed. Shameful they advantage of hard working consumers.

    I purchased 2 dresses and upon arrival, they did not meet the quality the company claims. Instead of a jersey tee shirt feel, they felt more like a cheap childs halloween costume. When I contacted them for a return, they offered me $18 and I could keep the dresses. One day later they offered $27, next day $45 and then $53 . They said their warehouse is in ***** and I would have to pay for the shipping. These dresses were mailed from Jamaica, **. I asked them for a return authorization and they keep saying to mail it to *****, ************ advertises all the time on ******** and I don't want others to be scammed. I contacted my ******************* to stop payment. I have saved all correspondence with this company, if you should find a need to use them. Thank you, I appreciate your looking into this company.

    What a scam. Items not as pictured online. Material is cheap. Items are ill fitting. **************** is not helpful and hard to contact only by email. They claim to be a ** based company in their ads but items received are all labeled as MADE IN *****. Reviews from other sources indicate they will not provide a full refund. Waiting to see if thats true. DO NOT OTDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

    advertised as made in *** however clearly came from ***** and I was also charged TWO foreign transaction fees during the international shipping process. Items are nothing like described, same print as pictured but had weird waistbands that were not in the photos. The customer service was beyond difficult to contact and then only offered a small percentage of my purchase price back in order to return. i had to dispute this transaction through my financial institution for resolution. ************** Buyer Beware!
