Lsoru posted ads on ******** which I purchased a dress and shirt from. (Early April). I received these items about April 18. The ad said something like - Made In **************. The garments say Made in *****. After several correspondences, they tell me they are in *****. The website does not list material that the clothing is made from: I didn't notice that until receiving it. I was very unsatisfied with it. "If you need further clarification on dress fabrics that are not listed in the product description, please contact us." No phone number, or address, just an email address.This is how their "Easy" return policy works:"1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. My order was shipped on 12/25/23. I first emailed the company to request that I make a return on 01/03/24. I have contacted the company four times and have not received a response. I ordered two dresses from them on line. I received the dresses after a while and they are too small. The fact that they were not made in *** as stated, and cheap, looking does not matter. I have emailed several times to get a return label to return and get my money back with no luck. The have offered $15 for me to keep. I have emailed several times I want to return them for a refund. I placed my on-line order on 04-01-2023 for four dresses. The total cost was $168.96 and they charged my credit card immediately. The items arrived on 04-24-2023. I was not satisfied with the quality or fit of any of the items and reached out to the company by email on 04-25-2023, requesting a return authorization for a full refund as instructed on their website. They wanted to know each item number and why I wanted to return each one. I promptly replied to their email with the information. They offered me $35 and to keep the items. I told them NO, and once again requested a return authorization to send all items back for a full refund. They have not responded to my last email sent to them on 4-28-2023.They advertise made in ***, easy returns. After multiple emails back and forth of me requesting a return authorization for a full refund, there next to last offer was requesting I keep the merchandise and they would refund me $99. I said no, I want to return the items for a full refund. They told me the cost to return would be on me and the items have to be returned to *****. I tried to return the items at my local post office and was told the address given to me was not a valid address. When I questioned the address they just sent me another email with the same ***** address.
The items were shipped to me from ********. Their website says everything is made in **************, easy returns within 30 days, so I questioned them about the return address with no response. They have now pushed this past the 30 days, so I'm not sure what my next step should be.

I ordered two dresses from Lsoru, which states returns are accepted for 30 days. I immediately tried the dresses on upon arrival... they did not look like the photos posted on ********* and I do not like them. When I tried to get return approval on an $81.68 order they offer a refund of $14 & I could keep the products. There is also false advertising involved - as supposedly the dress are made in N. or *********** and when order was placed billing came from overseas. Immediately alarms went up. Then when I asked for delivery information they sent a tracking number that when checked said package had not been received yet. March 8,2023 I ordered two dresses from Lsoru, which total $88.33, must have put wrong address and I finally found where the package was delivered. The dresses do not fit and I have asked for information to return and get refund. They sent a message that they will send me $15.00. I would appreciate them giving my full refund, not $15.00. I purchased 3 items of clothing from LSORU online and received a confirmation email on March 1, 2023.ORDER #******* which included: Artistic Boho Chic Tunic Dress, $42.99; Brown ***** Sleeveless Cami, $36.99; Groovy ***** Round Neck Top, $38.99. The subtotal was $118.97 USD, with a discount for $11.90. I paid a total of $107.07 when I ordered the items, using my **** charge. On March 23, 2023, I received Tracking Number: **************************, and the items were delivered to me on March 30, 2023. LSORU clearly states their return policy as: easy returns if within 30 days of delivery. The items were all a size large, which should have easily fit me. I could not even get two of them on over my head, and the third was also a poor fit. One of reasons I decided to order from LSORU was that they state clearly on their website: MADE IN **************, ***. The tags on each of the items said, "Made in *****." I sent a request to LSORU for a return authorization, as required on their website, well within the timeframe required for returns. I have received no such authorization. They offered to give me $21, which I declined, repeating my request for return authorization. They offered to give me $38, which I also declined. I feel that I am justified in asking for a full refund. I will pay for return shipping if required to do so, but it should not be an international shipping expense, since they claim to be located in **************. Can you help me? I am concerned that their offers are only meant to delay my requests for return authorization to extend beyond the 30 days allowed. I have uploaded screen shots of LSORU website (*************) showing 2 of the 3 items I ordered, one was no longer on the site. I also sent screen shots of their return policy (I followed each requirement), and their claim to be a domestic company. LSORI has offered a partial refund of $55. I paid $107. That is unacceptable. They also confirmed in their email that their warehouse for product is in the country of *****. Their claim that everything is made in ************** is utterly false. Their claim that returns are easy is false. I feel they misrepresented themselves, and are unwilling to act in good faith by refunding my payment.

I ordered two dresses from this company. They advertised on ********* and I should have known NOT to trust them. The pictures of the outfits were cute, so I took a chance. They took FOREVER to come. When they arrived, I tried them on. One was huge enough (the large) to fit three people, the other fit strangely. I wanted to return them, but there was no return slip or any information to do so. I went on line and got a customer service number which wouldn't go through. Also, I emailed them, and that didn't work either. Now, I've paid $79.98 and have two dresses I can't wear. You have helped me before, and I hope can again. I purchased a dress from a ******** ad and would like to return the dress. The dress does not look like the photo in the add, it is much smaller than the size requested, and the material used in the dress is very thin and cheap. The add claimed the dress was made in **************. I requested information on returning the dress the day I received it. The company offered me $11 compensation for the dress, which cost $49 plus $8.98 shipping charges, on 3/19, which I declined. On 3/21, they offered me $23 refund, then today, 3/22, they offered $30 as their final offer. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I wanted to contact Meta/Facebook to complain about the false advertising, but don't know how. They are still posting the same add today for a variety of clothes.Customer Answer
