    Oxygen XL is not the professional company managing the parking facility referenced. Oxygen XL is the business office handling the subsequent resolution. We do apologize for the less than satisfactory initial experience.
    The facility operators comply with all local and State guidelines. In doing so, the signage installed at the location is per contract specifications. Accordingly, the entrance ************ the obligations for this private parking facility (even if not observed by each who enters).

    Once we (at Oxygen XL) initiate contact, all Consumers are provided with how to contact ** directly to address any questions or concerns. This written communication includes multiple convenient methods to submit a Dispute. Nevertheless, this Consumer elected to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

    With respect to the Complaint focus itself, we have responded to the Consumer directly, in writing, to the last known address, as required by Federal regulation. This was sent on 4/28/2023.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [the business is not addressing my concern. As stated, I did not use the facility who is sending the parking fee/charges. And there is no one to contact at the parking management to file a dispute with. ]

    As provided in our prior response, the verification of the use of the facility was sent directly the consumer on April 28, 2023. Within this verification content was the evidence of use of the facility, including time-in and time-out date and time stamps provided. As additional validation, we provided the consumer with 4 photo images of her vehicle in the facility as evidence. 

    Regarding the statement that "I did not park in this facility.", the use of the facility is based on the vehicle's location, presence and use. The subject vehicle is also registered to this consumer. This billing for the responsible party is compliant with all applicable state and municipal statutes.

    I keep getting letters that I owe ******************************* Corp. money. It claims I owe $85.00 . I have googled this company and it sounds like a large scam operation. There is a reference number on the letter from Oxygen XL, *********.     This company have been harassing me about sending me to collections about a parking ticket to a vehicle I don't own. The letter they keep sending me have a parking charge number *********.

    OXygen XL is reporting an account with EXPERIAN ONLY that is not my account. I contacted Experian and OXygen XL a numerous of times and Provided proof that I DO NOT OWE THIS DEBT to the both of them, but they are still reporting this debt on my credit report. I do not know what else to do, and they are violating my rights by LAW!

    This company OxygenXL contacted me in April of 2023 about a debt that I had outstanding from December of 2021 in a parking lot managed by PPM. However, I have never been contacted about this until a year and a half later? I had received this ticket as I was getting in my car over a year ago and let the price raise then paid it. I do not have the receipt anymore however Ive literally parked in their lots since then with no tickets or punishment. Additionally I have had my license both transferred and renewed in that time, and neither time the *** ever mentioned any outstanding tickets from this company. When they definitely did from other toll and private parking companies, which is quite interesting. If this is some type of scare tactic its shameful at best and scammy at worst. Additionally why on earth any creditor would call you before mailing or any traditional way is beyond my own understanding.

    On 12/30/2022, I parked on a parking lot on the far end of Whole Foods, which is located on Avalon (********************************), which is part of a sprawling mixed use development with many other shops. There was no sign about the parking area being specific to the Whole Foods as it's part of larger development. I parked for less than 30 minutes, and then received a $90 parking ticket ******************************* Crop. This seems like a scam! There is no sign and no warning. We have been parking in Avalon for a long time, and nothing like this has happened before. Now I got this attached letter from Oxygen XL, a debt collector. I would like this charge rescinded.

    This company sent me letter with no proof and no evidence of a charge. I would like to have proof of that charge or stop the harassment

    I received a debt collection notice from Oxygen XL file #*********. I do not park in parking garages or any paid lot. This notice came without an explanation explaining where I supposedly parked and with what vehicle. I believe this notice to completely false and a scam

    This company is sending me debt collection requests for an invalid debt. I am a resident of the building for multiple years and have been parking there for the entire time. I purchased a new vehicle in October and was not given a parking pass by the apartment management company because they "ran out" and have to "order more". I received a ticket from the parking company they employ during the timeframe of not having a parking pass provided. Obviously this is an impossible situation to be put in. I have sent multiple forms to Oxygen explaining this and they do not even respond so I can only assume they are gearing up to try and report this to the credit bureaus. I have instructed them to contact the *************************** instead and have provided details but they are silent. This is unreasonable.

    Fake ticket collection agency. Mailed me a letter asking I pay for a real parking ticket that had already been paid for. Under name ****** *** Number on the letter was not even working the next time I tried to call.
