    Oxygen XL and ******************************* is preying on citizens. Sending citations to people with no state or city authority for parking in lots is unlawful and has led to the companies receiving nothing but negative reviews, lawsuits and actions from state and local governments across various states including *******. I was visiting my friend who did not have her car (she is a resident) and there were no available visitor spots so we parked in her resident lot and I received a citation while having no spots outside to park in. I request cancelling this citation and do not contact me again.

    Good Afternoon,Ive received numberous harassing calls and texts from this company Oxygen XL which claims I owe several parking fees. One of which with a license plate that I have not used in quite some time. Ive submitted several disputes as I have either paid for parking those days and left before expiration or simply driving through the lot but not parked. Seems like a scam as each call comes from a different north ******* or 786 area code and the texts to call back are for a 929 area code. They do not seem trustworthy and at all and have no confidence after several attempts to have these *************** removed. As of late there has been harassment as to reporting me to credit bureaus and their attempts to collect my personal information are invasive to say the least. I would very much like to resolve and clear all disputes once as I will not pay the exorbitant almost $400 in fees for services either already paid at meter or unrendered services and end the harassing behavior.

    I can appreciate the timely response from Oxygen XL in regards to resolving this issues. However, I would like to address the remaining fees attached to this response they have not currently addressed. As stated before Ive tried to have this issue resolved in the past and for services not rendered and would like to cease and desist the contact in form of calls.

    Today I received notice I had 42 unpaid parking invoices through ******************************* at a parking deck located at *****************************************************************************. The dates ranged from 7/12/23-3/8/25. I lived 250 miles away from ********** from 7/12/23 until 9/29/24. I have never parked in that facility. The car pictured was a dark ***** license plate number ******** which neither belong to me. I have disputed all 42 invoices on the ********************** site and written a letter to Experian regarding this fraudulent billing practice to protect my credit report.

    Our son goes to college at the *********************** and has a parking pass for the college . We keep getting parking tickets from ************************ compliance saying we owe 9 tickets for ***** per . Now they sent to Oxygen XL collection agency. This is a complete scam and some of the days my son wasn't even in class. I tried calling them and get no one .

    Received a collections notice of 85 for parking. The ** code at the location goes to a dead website, and the kiosks at the site were nonfunctional, so i left.     I received wrongful debt collection letters from Oxygen XL. I sent a written dispute by certified mail to the address Oxygen XL provided and it was returned. Therefore, they prevent you from submitting a written dispute, as expressly provided for by federal law, by not accepting mail even through it is the exact same address on any correspondence they send me. Going online to submit a dispute does not adequately protect the consumer and their submission form requires you to agree to things you are not required to do under federal law. Their actions to cut off and limit your rights is against the law.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The business merely repeated what they say in response to all complaints.  They did not address my specific concerns stated.  First, the address they provide for a dispute does NOT accept mail and my mail was returned.  The online form they provide requires you to agree to  things and give up rights that are NOT required under federal law (FDCPA).  Therefore, they effectively prevent a dispute and that is illegal.  THis has to do with Oxygen XL itself, not the related parking company.

    I parked and paid. Nothing was left on my windshield saying I received a ticket, and I returned to my car within the time period I paid for. I do not owe anymore money since I paid for parking that day.

    I was sent a parking violation in the mail from Professional parking management corp threatening my credit and to have my vehicle impounded if I did not make payment. After doing research into ***********************. They have been labeled as a scam and have a class action lawsuit filed against them. I paid for 1 hour parking to pick up lunch on 11/20/24 in one of their parking lots and they claim I overstayed which is untrue. The only evidence they sent me was a picture of my vehicle driving through the lot. Now I am being harassed by a debt collector Oxygen XL for payments. If Oxygen XL is not associated with PPMC they need to look into who they are collecting debt for. This business and their practices need to be reviewed.

    I received a call from Oxygen XL a week ago February 7, 2025, claiming that I had an outstanding balance of $85 from parking at friends complex back May 2024. They said they sent letters which I never received. They proceeded to read off my tag number describe my car which I found very odd and suspicious. This seems like a scam, number one my friends complex has free visitors parking so how do I owe money on free parking?
