    I recently pulled my credit report to see these people reporting a debt owed to ***** ******** *******, these people never contacted me ever about any debt before reporting, that is illegal business practices! You must contact to individual to confirm legitimacy of said debt and give fair warning before reporting. Since I had zero knowledge of this I am demanding that they cease and desist all collections activity and stop reporting on my personal credit!

    This account was placed with us (Oxygen XL) on 11/05/2024 The account is in the name of a business with the Consumer (Complainant) provided as the personal guarantor for the account.

    A debt validation letter was sent to the debtor on 11/25/2025. The account was not furnished to the individual Consumer credit report until 02/04/2025.

    We received the direct dispute of the debt requesting us to cease and desist all collection activities. The account has been closed in our offices and trade line reporting has been removed. Please allow 30 days for this to be updated accordingly.

    This information has been provided directly to the Consumer, with documentation, in conjunction with our response to this complaint.

    I am writing to formally dispute a parking violation notice I received from your company. The charge, which began at $90 and has now escalated to $120, is both unjustified and illegitimate.
    The area where I parked at the time of the alleged violation lacked any visible signage indicating that payment was required or that parking was restricted. It is unreasonable to expect compliance with parking regulations that are not clearly posted.
    Furthermore, the photograph provided as evidence for the violation is of poor quality. It does not clearly show the type of vehicle, its license plate, or any other identifying details, making it impossible to determine if the vehicle in question was mine. This lack of clear evidence further undermines the validity of your claim.
    Additionally, I have conducted research on your company and found numerous reviews stating that your operations are a scam. Many individuals have reported similar experiences of being charged unfairly, receiving unclear or fraudulent evidence, and being pressured to pay illegitimate fines. These reviews further solidify my concern about the legitimacy of this charge.
    I respectfully request that this charge be rescinded immediately. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and seek legal counsel if necessary.

Once we (at Oxygen XL) initiate contact, all Consumers are provided with how to contact us directly to address any questions or concerns. This written communication includes multiple convenient methods to submit a Dispute. Nevertheless, this Consumer elected to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB).With respect to the Complaint itself, we have closed the account in our offices and confirmed no credit reporting has been done.     I am being charged by this company for ridiculous parking fees. I was not driving the vehicle that I am being charged $1579 for parking fees. The car is in my name, but My son was driving the car and was told to park there by his employer, *****. It is a restaurant and he is a server. He was not allowed to leave work. This is highway robbery. He has only worked at that location a couple of times. I want to know what my recourse can be about this ridiculous amount of fees. I thought it was a scam, but now I am worried about my credit. Watch out for these folks everyone, they will rip you off!

    They are scammers working in combination with other scammers named professional parking management corp. They are getting money from the frightened people with fake parking violations tickets.
    I have to select a star but they don’t deserve any star because on top of that they sending the people to collections agencies to slaughter the people’s credit.
