This company is a scam and part of another parking company where they charge people for non existent parking fines in their lots. When you try and dispute and dont receive responses, they send more threatening letters from this credit company which seems to be the same. Both companies are using scare tactics to get me to pay ridiculous parking fees JUST FOR ENTERING a parking lot. I also feel it is a violation that they are allowed to access my information from the Division of Motor Vehicles. They are attempting to extort a parking payment, using threatening letters and overcharging fees. If you try to contact them, there is no real option to appeal and all you get is an aggressive response that sounds it came off of ChatGPT. This is ridiculous. I received a "parking fine" from professional parking management who claimed I parked in their lot. There was no signage in the lot and no ability to pay and I have photos to prove it. I have attempted to contact them dozens of times and nobody answers and nobody calls back. I even drove to their business location which doesn't even exist. Now I got a letter in the mail from oxygen xl collections (reference #*********), saying I owe $115. The parking fee was paid this night. If there was a lapse, it was minimal before the car was removed. I requested *** to appeal this considering payment was made and they declined to be reasonable over what would have been, what? A $1 or $2 difference in fee? And now Im expected to pay $90? This is ridiculous and deceptive to print out the initial citation to make it look like an actual fine from a government entity when in reality, its a company who has vultures waiting to nab you for a bs parking violation with follow up threats which feel like extortion if you do not pay them their obscenely elevated fines. Oxygen XL and ******************************* is preying on citizens. Sending citations to people with no state or city authority for parking in lots is unlawful and has led to the companies receiving nothing but negative reviews, lawsuits and actions from state and local governments across various states including *******. I was visiting my friend who did not have her car (she is a resident) and there were no available visitor spots so we parked in her resident lot and I received a citation while having no spots outside to park in. Good Afternoon,Ive received numberous harassing calls and texts from this company Oxygen XL which claims I owe several parking fees. One of which with a license plate that I have not used in quite some time. Ive submitted several disputes as I have either paid for parking those days and left before expiration or simply driving through the lot but not parked. Seems like a scam as each call comes from a different north ******* or 786 area code and the texts to call back are for a 929 area code. They do not seem trustworthy and at all and have no confidence after several attempts to have these *************** removed. As of late there has been harassment as to reporting me to credit bureaus and their attempts to collect my personal information are invasive to say the least. I would very much like to resolve and clear all disputes once as I will not pay the exorbitant almost $400 in fees for services either already paid at meter or unrendered services and end the harassing behavior.Business Response

Today I received notice I had 42 unpaid parking invoices through ******************************* at a parking deck located at *****************************************************************************. The dates ranged from 7/12/23-3/8/25. I lived 250 miles away from ********** from 7/12/23 until 9/29/24. I have never parked in that facility. The car pictured was a dark ***** license plate number ******** which neither belong to me.
