I received a parking ticket from ************************************, which initially appeared to be a scam. Now Im being harassed by a debt collection agency called Oxygen XL, which also seems suspicious. They claim I have two tickets, but I know I paid and did not overstay. The parking lot had no visible signage and it was terribly difficult to determine how to properly pay which I did figure out eventually. Just mentioning because it seems weird. Their communication has been vague and unhelpful, and the entire process feels predatory and deceptive. I am requesting a full investigation and immediate resolution. We appreciate your bringing this to our attention.
Oxygen XL is not the professional company managing the parking facility referenced. Oxygen XL is the business office managing the subsequent resolution. Nevertheless, we do apologize for the less than satisfactory experience.
The parking facility operators (our client), comply with all local and State guidelines. In doing so, the signage installed at the location is per contract specifications. Accordingly, the entrance sign details the obligations for this private parking facility (even if not observed by each who enters).
Once we (at Oxygen XL) initiate contact, all Consumers are provided with how to contact us directly to address any questions or concerns. This written communication includes multiple convenient methods to submit a Dispute. Nevertheless, this Consumer elected to contact the BBB.
With respect to the Complaint itself: we (Oxygen XL) have elected to close this account with no further action being taken by us. As far as credit reporting is concerned, we do not report these accounts to the credit bureaus.
Should you have any additional comments or concerns, you are welcome to contact us again.

I keep receiving letters from ******************************* for parking tickets that are FALSE, Pictures that are doctored, and now I am receiving letters from 'OXYGEN XL' about collecting a debt. The funny thing is both offices are PO Boxes located in *************** with the same zip code, HMMMMM.I sent a letter to the parking compnay PROVING it was not me, because one of the tickts I was in another state and another time I was at a concert in another City. Because I fell for the scam once and paid a ticket they keep sending me new ones. I would like them to STOP WASTING paper and sending me false claims....they get away with this because they know nobody will take the time to actually sue them or take them to small claims court.Business Response

The company’s response did not answer my issues…infant I got another ticket in the mail today. They are also not being truthful, there is not phone number to contact anyone, the only thing you can do is go online to pay the bill or send a dispute…which I DID with proof that I was not even in town…they said, “ You didn’t even send us the right ticket, it is from another parking gagage in Orland.”
If they had READ my dispute they would see that what I attached was my proof of where I was at the time they said I was in their garage. In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

I received a notice reference # ********* from ******************************** followed by further correspondence from Oxigen XL reference # *********, claiming that my son incurred a parking fee at UF. When he briefly entered a parking lot to drop off a friend not leaving the car unattended. The notice demands payment of an excessive fee, offering a reduce rate for immediate payment or threatening escalation and collections in the full amount is not paid later. There is no clear contact information to dispute the charge-only a phone number to make a payment and a P.O. ******************************* :*****. There is no way to reach a live representative or file a complaint directly. This process appears intentional opaque, with aggressive language and no transparency, raising serious concerns of deceptive and unfair business practices. It gives the impression of a scam designed to pressure individuals into paying questionable charges. I respectfully request that this citation be cancelled due to the lack of transparency, absence of proper contact channels, and the nature of the harassment being experienced. Im also also asking the BBB to investigate this companys practices to prevent further exploitation of consumers.Business Response

It took a month or so for the original company to mail me a violation that appeared to be a parking ticket from a government agency with a poor quality image of me exiting a parking lot. In reality, I discovered it is a private company, and they can only legally send a notice of non-compliance, so this already left me confused. The charge is for $125 (which has been raised) for moving temporarily in a lot that appeared to be public parking, had little signage, and has many non-functioning pay stations surrounding it that apparently do not belong to the lot. I contacted my local county commissioners office as well as my state representative, and they let me know there is action being taken on a state level, and I was encouraged not to pay the charges. Oxygen XL and ******************************* function as scam companies and engage in predatory tactics to strong-arm individuals into paying overcharged fees. I have called multiple numbers attempting to dispute and half the time cannot make contact. Their address routes to what looks like some questionable PO Box, and in my discussions with their representatives, there are constant contradictions and lack of resolution timelines. I was also quoted a law in an area that I do not live nor did I park in. I have been harassed with multiple letters attempting to extort me and threatening to lower my credit. It is alleged this debt collection agency is sister companies with the private parking agency. Either way, there are already poor reviews and open class actions against this establishment. I do not trust the company, I do not feel comfortable, and I do not trust their dispute process to protect me as a consumer and a citizen. I do trust my local government office and state representative, so I repeat the following:As I have attempted to request multiple times, I request cancelling this citation, I request cancelling this debt, and do not contact me again.Business Response

I got a parking ticket in one of their garage lots when I registered my car to park for free with the workout class I was doing (******** on ********) in April 2025. I was going there everyday for 2 months and would always register my car. They randomly sent me a bill for a day I registered my car and won't negotiate it which is completely illegal. The class compensates the parking so there's no reason for me to skip out on it. Now they sent me to their collections agency and keep increasing the bill. When you try to contact customer service you get nowhere. They also did the same thing to me in a previous building on ******** too and I know countless of people this has happened to.Business Response

This company is a scam and part of another parking company where they charge people for non existent parking fines in their lots. When you try and dispute and dont receive responses, they send more threatening letters from this credit company which seems to be the same. I pulled into a lot, helped my child and pulled out, I didnt park or leave my car. Yet they are trying to charge me $125!Business Response

Regarding Notice of Non-Compliance # ********* Oxygen XL is the "sister" company to ************************************. Both companies are using scare tactics to get me to pay ridiculous parking fees JUST FOR ENTERING a parking lot. I also feel it is a violation that they are allowed to access my information from the Division of Motor Vehicles. They are attempting to extort a parking payment, using threatening letters and overcharging fees. If you try to contact them, there is no real option to appeal and all you get is an aggressive response that sounds it came off of ChatGPT. Their office address is a PO BOX at a store on *************. I request cancelling this citation and do not contact me again.Business Response

This is ridiculous. I received a "parking fine" from professional parking management who claimed I parked in their lot. There was no signage in the lot and no ability to pay and I have photos to prove it. I have attempted to contact them dozens of times and nobody answers and nobody calls back. I even drove to their business location which doesn't even exist. Now I got a letter in the mail from oxygen xl collections (reference #*********), saying I owe $115.
