I received a parking ticket from ************************************, which initially appeared to be a scam. Now Im being harassed by a debt collection agency called Oxygen XL, which also seems suspicious. They claim I have two tickets, but I know I paid and did not overstay. The parking lot had no visible signage and it was terribly difficult to determine how to properly pay which I did figure out eventually. Just mentioning because it seems weird. Their communication has been vague and unhelpful, and the entire process feels predatory and deceptive. I am requesting a full investigation and immediate resolution. Oxygen XL is not the professional company managing the parking facility referenced. Oxygen XL is the business office managing the subsequent resolution. Nevertheless, we do apologize for the less than satisfactory experience.
The parking facility operators (our client), comply with all local and State guidelines. In doing so, the signage installed at the location is per contract specifications. Accordingly, the entrance sign details the obligations for this private parking facility (even if not observed by each who enters).
Once we (at Oxygen XL) initiate contact, all Consumers are provided with how to contact us directly to address any questions or concerns. This written communication includes multiple convenient methods to submit a Dispute. Nevertheless, this Consumer elected to contact the BBB.
With respect to the Complaint itself: we (Oxygen XL) have elected to close this account with no further action being taken by us. As far as credit reporting is concerned, we do not report these accounts to the credit bureaus.

The company’s response did not answer my issues…infant I got another ticket in the mail today. They are also not being truthful, there is not phone number to contact anyone, the only thing you can do is go online to pay the bill or send a dispute…which I DID with proof that I was not even in town…they said, “ You didn’t even send us the right ticket, it is from another parking gagage in Orland.”
If they had READ my dispute they would see that what I attached was my proof of where I was at the time they said I was in their garage.In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

make contact. Their address routes to what looks like some questionable PO Box, and in my discussions with their representatives, there are constant contradictions and lack of resolution timelines. I was also quoted a law in an area that I do not live nor did I park in. I have been harassed with multiple letters attempting to extort me and threatening to lower my credit. It is alleged this debt collection agency is sister companies with the private parking agency. Either way, there are already poor reviews and open class actions against this establishment. I do not trust the company, I do not feel comfortable, and I do not trust their dispute process to protect me as a consumer and a citizen.
