  Aaron ****** was extremely nice and helpful with getting my payroll setup. It was nice to talk to someone that seemed to really care about what they were doing and helping a small business owner like myself. It is rough to find that nowadays. Thank you, Aaron.

  I’ve Recently retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and in the process of buying a small business. A fellow business owner from Ebensburg Pennsylvania (Gary *****) highly recommended Sure payroll and I’m extremely happy that I took his recommendation. Joseph Long was with me from the beginning ensuring I was staying on point to complete the data entry process as well as providing help with any technical issues that I experienced. I would most certainly recommend sure payroll and Joe **** to other small business owners.

  Good service. Aaron knew what he was talking about, and had patience to see it through with me. I did not like the way the other companies did business.
  I especially liked the approach SurePayroll took in answering my questions first, unlike the other companies who wanted their questions answered before I got answers.

  Trenisha C. Was very patient and worked hard to get to bottom of a problem we'd been having with our Login passwords. She was very empathetic and took the time to ask good questions and double check things in order to help resolve my issue. She was pleasant and polite on the phone - even at the beginning when I was a little impatient and maybe not as polite as I should have been :(
  I have used Sure Payroll for both of my businesses for well over a decade - they are a good company and their rates are excellent!

  Setting up and running a payroll was so easier than expected. Chris was very helpful throughout the process and helped me with fixing my account properly before running the payroll.

  I'm very happy with my SurePayroll services. As a single-member S-Corp, I needed a simple and affordable payroll solution that I could manage, and so far, SurePayroll has worked just fine. 401k integration was a breeze, too.

  Joseph Long as a fantastic connection to the company. Any questions I had, he quickly addressed. He was honest, accurate and wasn't annoying aggressive about selling me something. The system has been super easy to set up and he even reminded that it was a holiday weekend and that I'd need to get my Payroll in early in order for my employee to be paid on time.

  ******* was fantastic! I was on a tight timeline and had tons of questions and he was knowledgeable, and patient and checked in with me repeatedly. I checked with several payroll services before going with Sure Payroll. Best value and can't top ********* customer service.
