5 starsA few weeks ago I came on this site and gave GoNetspeed - formerly ****** what for concerning the internet service I was receiving and what I felt was the runaround by the service department. I am glad to say now that I have had the best response from this company over the last few weeks. They have been open and honest about what they were going to do and followed through with all promises given. During this ordeal, I have learned that the internet service previously owned by ****** was badly neglected and needs a LOT of repairs. I believe this company may be the real deal and what we need for Blount County. If we give them time, I think there commitment to improving our long neglected internet service is genuine.Review fromSandra P.

I had been contemplating switching to GONETSPEED ever since I received the first mailer. Having grown tired of paying ALOT of money to my current internet provider, who you can’t get in touch with on the phone if your life depended on it, so I decided to try GONETSPEED. I ordered the service via the company website, which was super easy! It wasn’t until after I signed up did I realize I had a typo in my email address I provided them. I called their customer service number, and much to my surprise a lovely associate greeted me. She was very helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable about all of my questions! After speaking with her, it only made me realize that switching to GONETSPEED is the best move I can make!!! I recommend them to EVERYONE. Thank you kindly.

Their customer service was extremely responsive when I sent them an email and the internet service is as promised; which is reliable and consistently maintains the throughput/speed. 4 starsI did a review of gone speed a few days ago, I was very frustrated with their service and gave the company a one-star rating. Yesterday, gonetspeed sent a couple of installers over to correct problems with the initial installation. This new work was done very professionally. The workers were very courteous and efficient and certainly deserve a five-star rating. The company has many new people, and sometimes bad things can go wrong. We are not perfect human beings. It was very difficult to get customer service to agree for them to remove what was put into my home by errror. However, they eventually agreed to come over to fix the problem, It turned out to be a difficult job, Certainly, the technology involved would have been impossible for even many professional electricians to do. It took the two gonetspeed workers a couple of hours to fix the problem. This was probably a learning experience for a fairly new company. I received a convincing letter of apology from the company owner. The most important thing is that they did correct the installation. Also, the problems with the high billing that I needed to pay were fixed. The corrected billing now matches the advertised pricing.Review fromDenis B

5 starsAfter switching from DSL I don't ever want to go back to any other type of internet provider. Fiber is way better in terms of speed and reliability than DSL or cable so I highly recommend GoNetspeed to anyone wanting good quality internet.
