  Great customer service and excellent employees - I have been waiting for months for GoNetspeed to be available in my area - a friend who had switched told me how great the service is. No more weekly service disruptions, lousy speeds and a bigger bill.

  HORRIBLE!!!!!! Did not work for MONTHS! Called tech support and no help! We gave them the opportunity to fix the issue! We finally just cancelled... they ended up charging us for the next month and said they would have to mail us a check for what they took out of the account?!?! Don’t waste your time or money.

  Well I have to say that Gonetspeed has really stepped up and surprised me. Customer service rep named Edward contacted me regarding my account. My first thought? Bill collector. I thought wrong. He had read my scathing review and was concerned about my concerns which is unheard of in today's world. What started out as a Corporation VS. Customer in a serious hateship, ended up being 2 people talking and reaching a very fair agreement. Thank you Edward and thank you BBB for being there for both sides. ******* **

  I recently had contact with technical support with gonetspeed. I have had exposure to all of the providers over the years but no one has come close to the service that i received today. My conversation with the rep named Nick was just so complete and relaxed in that there was no rush on his part to get me off the line, rather it was exactly they opposite. He went to great extent to explain to me the system and how it works. Also I received a call from Johanna Matula confirming that my concerns were put to rest which i found unbelievable. Also, what impressed me was there was no off shore contact and therefore no language problems. One other comment, if i may, is when we first had gonetspeed installed I was away and my wife had a problem because the whole process was new. She called gonetspeed and they told her that a tech would be in touch with her. Well, I figured that the wait outdoors be long. TEN MINUTES later she received a call from a tech named Javier and he was 30 minutes away and he told her he would be at our home shortly. And HE WAS. He explained the my wife what the problem was and it was resolved and everything is working great. I don’t usually write reviews, but i just want anyone that has concerned about this company, Don’t. They are great to deal with and the product is excellent.

  5 stars 100% Great customer service, they had completed half an installation but unfortunately the home owner fell sick and will not be coming back.
  I understood there was a $100 cancellation fee, but customer service took it soon themselves to waive it due to the circumstances. It is appreciated and respectful.
  I use them in another residency as well and never had an issue!
