      Charley M****** takes his time with our older community and comes back to help. It's hard to believe that I could save that much money and get better service and free TV. The only warning I want to give is you want to all watch TV so much more and we're getting bed sores lol. Thanks again gonetspeed and Charley M.

      I have fiber through go net speed for about 3 or 4 years. I had a issue and called them out and it was A WASPS NEST, AS HUGE AS MY FIST that had eaten or embedded through the lines up at the pole. The kind gentleman that came out was nice enough to kill them and redo our lines that were messed up. We have not had any more trouble! We run 3 TV's ,3 cell phones , a computer and a laptop and security camera's at any time we want with absolutely no problem. I would recommend ??%.. So any trouble I had was not Go net speed's fault at all!!

      We’ve been satisfied with the internet service, but have had some serious billing issues with the company. GoNetSpeed was the first internet provider to install fiber optic lines in our area and installed fiber optic service to our house at a price lower than our the previous DSL service. We've found that service to be reliable and fast. 2 years ago we finished building another house on our property and in Jan 2023 added a separate service to that house. With our first bill (Feb 2023) we saw a charge for only one of the two services. So we contacted GoNetSpeed billings department and told them about the missing charge. The rep explained that the company knew about this and that we'd see corrected charges in our next bill. But the charge was missing in the next bill. Contacting billings again, we were told again that the charges would be corrected. I explained that if this went on much longer, we could eventually receive a large bill for the yet to be billed service. The representative assured us the bill would updated so that this couldn’t happen. 2 yrs later - w/ no advance warning, explanation, or apology for the lateness, we received a bill for the second service. At 24 months, the bill for this one service came to about $1,935 - the exact situation we tried to avoid and one that GoNetSpeed assured us would not happen. With automatic billing (which we have done for years), we took our eye off the monthly bills, and assumed this somehow had been managed. On Feb 3rd, I contacted (by phone) the Customer Care dept and expressed my displeasure with the billing – stating this is exactly what we tried to avoid. The comments I received from the Customer Care rep was, “wow this is a big bill”, and that he would talk to his supervisor and have that rep contact us. We've not heard from anyone at GoNetSpeed since. I hope we hear back from them for an explanation. And I hope they don’t provide this kind of terrible billing service to other customers.

      An account supervisor did follow up regarding the billing issue and has provided a satisfactory resolution to that issue. As stated in my previous comment, we've been very satisfied with the Service from GoNetSpeed has provided - both from an installation and on-going internet service perspective. With our billing issue resolved, we would now change our rating from a 3, to a 5 - Very happy with our GoNetSpeed service.

      These folks don't take "no" for an answer. In the last 2 weeks I have had no fewer than 3 different visits, two by the same person, and each time I tell them I'm not interested they keep coming back. I'm sick of the door knocking at strange hours and I'm sick of seeing the same person/people wandering the neighborhood knocking on the same doors repeatedly. Visit once, leave a flyer and move on. I'm frustrated with this invasive and, frankly, annoying sales tactic.

      I have had service not even a week I was told that I’d be paying $54.99 for a year and I have already Bill‘s gonna go up $5 dollars a month yes I am on auto pay. Yes I am on paperless billing so this should not be happening not even a week after getting the service very disappointed. When I called the representative said nothing she can do. It’s office wide.
