I enrolled in StackRoutes 6-month Data Analytics program partnered with the REMOVED, graduating in July 2024. The contract included a signed "Interview Promise Agreement" guaranteeing a full tuition refund of $7,000 if StackRoute failed to secure 5 interviews or a job offer within 6 months of graduation, provided eligibility was met. I fully complied with all 10 eligibility milestones, which StackRoute structurally audited and verified by allowing me to advance to mock interviews and graduate.Post-graduation, the business acted in bad faith, continuously taking their online Learning Management System (LMS) portal and job tracker offline for "maintenance" for months at a time, rendering data inaccessible, before permanently disabling student login entirely. My primary contact, REMOVED, was removed from the company, causing emails to bounce back.I formally requested my contractually obligated refund on June 15, 2026. On July 17, 2026, StackRoute issued a flat denial, deceptively citing an irrelevant 7-day initial cancellation policy, and explicitly demanding that I produce screenshots from the very LMS portal they permanently disabled. Because the business continuously took their tracking servers offline and completely shut down access before issuing their final denial on July 17, 2026, these extenuating circumstances prevented a filing within 12 months. The business is using a technical lockout to execute a bad-faith breach of contract. However, I have retained contemporaneous timestamped email receipts from August 2024 and July 2025 explicitly proving I successfully completed the career service gates and applied to over 15 jobstriple the contractually required baseline. I am demanding the full refund guaranteed by my signed contract.
