I ordered clothing totaling $106.90 from Fairy Season on November 4th, 2022. The product was packed and shipped on 11/11/22, and I am not 100% sure about the date of delivery but it’s coming from Hong Kong, so I’m sure it took a week or more to arrive. As soon as I opened the first package I immediately saw that the colors did not match what was presented on their website. I bought a whole outfit that a model was wearing because it looked good and the pink socks matched the pink sweater perfectly, but I could clearly see through the opaque packaging that the pinks were not even close to being the same. I could tell right away that the clothing was off very poor quality and that the clothes were way too big to fit. I’m average height and weight and I’ve never had any sizing issues before. Also, the over-the-knee socks advertised only came to the bottom of my knee and the mini dresses/sweaters that the website showed being pretty short both hung down to my shins. I immediately emailed the company and filled out a refund request form via their website. They said I had to pay for shipping to send the product back and it would be really expensive and asked me if I could keep the clothes and they’d give me 20% of my refund. I refused and again asked for the address to return the items to; and I had already found out that *** charges $15 to send clothing back to China. I’ve still been reaching out to the company and posting on their ******** and mine warning others not to do business with them. They emailed me yesterday asking if I would take 30%! I’ve never experienced anything like this and this company needs shut down and ******** seems to not do anything or care as long as they’re taking in the advertising dollars. I would like a full refund, for them to email me a pre-paid return label, and someone should put a stop to this company! They don’t allow reviews on their website or on ******** but I’ve seen two people they’ve scammed!Business Response

*********.com, Oct 8, Payment, -$129.82 USD, Transaction Order ****************** Sent clothing already falling apart and clothes that were cheap, fake substitutes unlike the pictures.
Seams coming apart multiple spots from very bad sewing and are very loose on shirt. Another SHIRT IS NOT SATIN MATERIAL AND IS CHEAP MATERIAL. THE SHIRT DOES NOT HAVE THE "V" BORDER on neck like their company photo. Badly sewn. One dress is not same at all and is bad quality and looks nothing like picture. Sequin part was substituted with cheap fabric. This made for a very bad dress that hangs on body weird, unlike the picture which shows high quality sequin fabric that hugs the body.
After contacting company, they played a game of sending me offer of low % of order price and ignoring me for over a month. They would ignore me long periods of time, and issue was never resolved. It has been over a month now. The only way to get money back is to spend a lot of money out of my pocket to ship to Guangdong.Business Response

Purchased 10/23/222 and when received the dresses where way too big and the tights too large and immediately contacted the merchant and the offered 20% discount to keep items that dont even fit me. after going back and forth with discount offers finally they said no and then they sent me a email explaining how to ship back to them is very expensive and gave me a list of rules on how to ship backBusiness Response

Their return policy states that customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the order. I contacted them a few days after receiving the 2 shirts I ordered. The shirts are huge and don't fit me. They also look nothing like the pictures posted online. I asked for a refund and they sent me an email asking for my measurements. I replied and stated that I don't want to exchange the items, I wanted a refund. Again, they contacted me asking for my measurements. I'm asking that Fairy Season provide a prepaid shipping label so that I can return the 2 shirts and refund my money.

I ordered a hoodie almost 2 weeks ago was given a tracking number for a app called 17 to track. Using the app it tells me same info for 6 days it's at a Smyrna post office which is 4 hours from my house. I go to post office they can't find any record of the package ever being at there facility. The customer service agent through email and ******** ********* *ust say please be patient for a couple more days. I was patient for a couple more days. Checked tracking info again this time it said arrived at regional distribution center in fontana California. I just want my money refunded and people to be aware of the scam I believe this company is. I ordered from Fairy season and still hadn’t received the merchandise a month later. I filed a complaint with the customer service department but when I finally received the parcel in the mail, only half my order was there. of half the order, one of the items which I ordered three sizes larger did not fit and was too small. another item after one wearing proved unuseable
because the clothing was literally falling apart after I wore it for three hours! I contacted customer Service at fairy season multiple times, was told I could not return the items. they asked for photos, which I provided. they suggested giving me a 25% discount on future items multiple times over several emails, which I repeatedly replied with “ I want a refund” , which has gone ignored. ultimately, they have not given me a refund for the items that were poor and did not fit and they are responded that they gave me a refund already for the items that that did not show up, which did not happen!Business Response
