    I ordered clothes from them and I’ve messaged 5 different times to get help .
    No one has gotten back to me. I’ve gone through portal and emailed. It’s been over 2 weeks now and still nothing. Just keeps giving me an automated message saying I will be contacted within 24 hours and I hear nothing . I’ve emailed at different parts of the day and still no response . I spent 358.12 and I probably only kept 7 things I want to send the rest back.

    I ordered over 400 dollars worth of clothes and jewelry, in the first week of November 2023 hoping I would have thanksgiving outfits and Christmas my order never came, two tracking orders provided and still no delivery, now it’s Jan 5th 2023 and still nothing, customer service keeps asking me to wait. It’s going in 3 months and nothing has been received nor refunded, and customer service won’t help.

    Made a purchase through this company on August 28, 2023. I ordered 13 items and only received 3 items. Of the 3 items I received, 1 was sent in a different size not ordered and the remaining were defective -zipper misplaced. I have contacted the company in an effort to receive a refund due to the items not being received and the items received being defective or erroenous and they have refused to issue a refund. They have stated I am responsible for paying them for costs even though items have not been received. I would request a full refund. I do not accept having to pay any return costs as most items have never been received and the ones received were defective and were sent in incorrect sizing. The company has failed to refund me and still refuses to do so, despite my efforts.

    I have been trying to get my refund back and this company is low balling us on the refund they said 30% of the orders and doing the math it is no where near what the total should be. This company is a scam and customer service is unreliable and useless. Tired of companies deleting the phone number for us customers to contact you so issues can be resolved fasted and explain more over the phone instead of over email. I asked to speak with someone over them phone and they keep ignoring my request. Never buy anything from them.

    I ordered 3 clothing items for $78 and they did not fit and were cheaply made. I was I could return the items to CHINA but it would cost more than my order.
    When I replied that was unacceptable they offered a 15% refund and this has been going on for weeks. I asked for $50 and they said it was too much. They also refuse to consider $78 as the amount paid because that includes their shipping and insurance! This is wrong on so many levels. Something needs to be done with this company.

    I placed an order of over 20 items more then 2 months ago. I recived 3 items and nothing else yet. When i confirmed my address they said they had a different address, one in another state, but i recived part of the order so that makes no sense. Then they said if i paid for shipping they would ship it again, which i declined. I asked for a refund and they said they would ship it for free, which i declined again. Then they stopped replying to my emails. There is no phone number to call. Very frustrating

    I ordered 7 items, 5 shirts and 2 pairs of shoes. Order total over $120.
    The quality of the items is terrible, especially the shoes. The shoes are not the quality portrayed in the pictures and especially for the price.
    The clothing is very irregular and very cheaply made. I ordered all size Medium for the shirts and one dress, 2 of the shirts are fine and true to size, the rest of them are so terribly made that one is more like a extra small, one is equal to an extra large and the other one is just very irregular over all. The shoes are a joke, if you could see what you get for $30 for one pair, I could buy better quality for $10 at ********
    They make it very difficult to even find a way to contact them, once you log into the website you can not find your order to even inquire about it. I emailed service as the website suggested and I have not received a response. It appears after you order they are done with you and your order, although they claim they are committed to service and a prompt response to any issues.
    All I want to do is return the items that are of terrible quality, but I get no response and there is not any other way to contact the company other than through service@fairyseason. I paid with ****** thank goodness, I will also fight this thru PayPal and file a complaint with them as well.

    The quality and appearance that is portrayed on the website is not at all with the shoes are. They are not worth $10 let alone $20 or $30.
    The other shirts and the dress have the same issues and the sizing is completely off. The medium tank tops I received are fine and made decent and are true to size, the other 2 tops are not mediums in actual size and the quality of them is not good either.

    Is there any chance to keep them?
    There is only one address for the return trip, that is the warehouse in overseas China and the postage is at your side.
     We are sorry to hear that the partial refund we offered did not meet your expectations.
    We would like to suggest that you keep the items instead of returning them  to save you the hassle of returning the items.
    Is it possible that we offer you a 40% refund of the above 5 items, and you keep the items instead of returning?
