            BBB attempted to contact fairyseason.com on July 2, July 13, and July 29, 2020 regarding a high volume and what we consider to be a pattern of serious complaints. 

            BBB complaints allege items being ordered 3 months ago that are never received and when consumers email business are told they cannot give refunds. Other complaints allege the products are not of good quality, but the company will not accept returns per their return policy. BBB has also received complaints that the items received are not as advertised on the website, they are unable to return the products for a refund.

            I ordered over 400 dollars worth of clothes and jewelry, in the first week of November 2023 hoping I would have thanksgiving outfits and Christmas my order never came, two tracking orders provided and still no delivery, now it’s Jan 5th 2023 and still nothing, customer service keeps asking me to wait. It’s going in 3 months and nothing has been received nor refunded, and customer service won’t help.

            This company knowingly charged me for items that I did not receive. They made my credit score go down a few points. I'm having to fight with my credit card company because they, as the merchant, lied saying I'd received the goods/ordered items. I have proof from their service department showing that I never received anything due to a unit number missing in the address.
