              Hello, on 4/9/2024 I scheduled visit with the doctor because I needed referral for bloodwork and referral for colonoscopy. Before the visit, I typed what I need and few min later dr called me saying that Teledoc is not providing those services. Then I called customer service to check if they will charge me $55 for it and they said "yes". Customer service refuse to provide phone number to corporate office when I told her that I should not be charge for service I didn't receive. Doctor only spend few second on the phone informing me that they don't provide those services. When I wrote on the notes what I need and they knew they cant help, they should not complete the visit. This is very bad practice by taking money for something you're not providing. Please don't charge my insurance and refund me $55. Please understand that I am 70 years old and I don't have $55 to give away. Thank you.

              Teladoc is terrible, do not waste your time. Visit was with ******************** (do not know if she was a ******* ** or PA). She could care less about your sickness. They just want to collect their fee and move on.Terrible , would give negative stars if possible.
